(#499) But, crucially, he also has some posts that at least purport to be more serious comment on the game. However, they all end up nowhere. He prods HTS for trying to get people onto the Ruxx wagon (#495), says he doesn't know what to make of my big WoT (#497), says that all JJ has done is to "post asinine Wots" (#498) - which, by the way, I don't agree with because at that point JJ had already started making more substantive posts (see, for example, #482), and asks what Lord Tolkien had said about him (#571). The sum of his posts has been to try and soft scum myself, HTS and JJ, but without committing to an actual read, or even really giving serious thoughts on any of us at all. The sum of all of this is that VA appears to be trying to do as little as possible, whilst also trying to cover that with some half-assed roleplay (ie "of course I've been useless, I'm emulating X who is useless"). But that doesn't work when you slip and actually make posts that look much more like they're coming straight from VA, unfiltered by roleplay. The only thing that gives me pause is his last post, which says "I have no thoughts on this game right now bye." (#650). I wouldn't have expected mafia to make such a scummy post to sit in amongst such a small filter. But I think the answer is that it's more weak roleplay attempt. VA as town, plays like this. All the time. The person he is, is marvellosity, a player you have had practically zero exposure to I believe. Even as recently as a few months ago, I tried to read VA on a tryhard = scum meta but it was in another game that JAT and marv (who are two very reliable town players) themselves looked at his meta as "town = gives few fucks if any, and no agenda" and "scum = gives more fucks and has an agenda usually" VA is always going to have a short filter, and most of his work when I've played with him is meta-based - he reads filters and reads past games - he does work but you won't see it in his filter. You think you're anti-spam - you've made that point before, he's basically you x10 in that respect. Right now, he's nullish. I've seen some of the poking, prodding, I think the follow-through from him is key, he has said in other games where if he has nothing to contribute, he won't contribute instead of faking it, the latter of which is scum agenda. And that's where that post #650 you cite might make him town. I am interested to see if he comments on any of the recent points on ruXxar, you or Tubesock (the current top wagons) but where he tends to post more is based on night actions and off evidence where a mafia has already flipped. Your case on him is towny from the sense you don't know him at all, nor the player he's emulating. I doubt it's accurate but you are certainly not scum for it. | ||

The bank has opened its doors so you may have a look at the books. Because the bank has kept a list and it is now on public display. Damdreds great friends ows and geript have received a total of 10 cheznoes this erases geripts loan payment and has kept him out of debt! Aren't friends great both of these guys are receiving alignment presents hopefully my umbrella is big enough to protect all three. HTS and Shining have both received 5 cheznoes they are able to multiply there earnings soon. But no presents tonight I'm afraid. Sadly there are some people who haven't invested in the bank nor want anything to do with them. Ruxxar is just so mean and not fun what use would he have for a bank in his dastardly plans. Chez the most fun has sank into the heart of despair and darkness and eyes are made of fire FF is just so sad and lonely maybe the damdred rule misfired? Doubt seeps in what is a damdred to do he might investbine day further notes must be taken. For now that's all you get the bank will open again soon be patient and say those deposits | ||
