Basically I think the answer is that people on this site are generally too averse to policy lynches. People like Kelsier and Onegu screw around as much as they can as EITHER alignment because they don't fear being lynched for being useless, and it means they can preserve their 'meta' for when they roll scum. The trouble is that in the process they don't help town at all when they roll town. Look at Onegu - he keeps getting MLed at Lylo AS TOWN because scum can reasonably point out that he was useless all game.
The trouble is that in any given game, lynching them is no better than a coin flip. So it's not necessarily pro town in that game. But if town as a whole, across the site, start lynching them occasionally, then they'll be forced to actually help as town. I don't feel like I've been at the site long enough to start that sort of movement and get it anywhere.

Yeah usually to justify lynching a lurker or inactive, I prefer to at least have something I can point to that rubs me the wrong way. Of the three that you mentioned, I'd agree chezinu is probably the one I'd be most willing to kill off.
That being said, if we don't have a great alternative, it wouldn't break my heart to see yamato die.

Basically, we should be lynching one of VA, Yamato, Kelsier or Chezinu. All of them know about the game. All of them have posted. None of them care to do anything or in any way help lynch actual scum. Like these votes for ruxxar who has the longest fucking filter are pretty fucking egregious when we have dickheals like these 4 who choose not to play. Lynch them. Shoot them. At OWS - I don't see how this post (outside character speak) is scummy - maybe he could elaborate on Chez/Fecalfeast - although if I'm reading it right, FF scumread him earlier. I read FF's filter and as mafia FF does way more shitposting than I am seeing here. I would not categorise FF's posting as shit up the thread unless Damdred you are scumreading him for other reasons. (Damdred or Chezinu rule?)
(I have had it explained to me before and I keep forgetting but could someone remind me what the Chezinu rule actually is? If it was posted before and I missed it, a page number will do.)

Yamato, I agree. I don't understand why he's scumreading you anyways.
Kelsier, he's calling the ruXxar votes dumb (I know you and Fidei explained) but he's not as far as I can tell providing alternatives, so I can agree with that.
VA, based off what I know on meta, where are you hinting at for scum agenda? He doesn't really do much as town especially d1. This push I understand less.
Chezinu in general is in the DT check category for me. I've only played one game with him and I never really "read" him (I was mafia and he was town) so from what I read of your last read on him it seems like meta, and I don't really want to meta him off one game, I think for me blue roles should resolve him.
ruXxar, I think his pushes on you are bad, it seems like he's trying to see whatever sticks, I want to see more from him to be quite honest since enough time has elapsed, don't care if he's in character or not but I want him to be cleaer in his direction like he was in NSM12 and he was town.
