Well DRG is gone. But with all these other players (not even including players outside the team just being mercs for MVP). MVP's overall roster is quite huge. At least they'll have a large in house practice roster.

Were you opposed to the existance of Airforce ACE in BW?

@mongmong I think all the former mvp players are gone but can't be 100% sure.. The article says that the former MVP players were tired of playing in proleague, but did not leave on bad terms or anything. Don't count on it yoshi xD!!!

I understand why you've got some decent abl fame with this kind of stupid reasonning.

Didn't notice that myself, but if that's the case. Then it does make sense. No matter how you look at it, if ALL their former players left, that can't be good. I can see some leaving, but all?

i would think DRG left because he didn't want to paly for MVP anymore. if it was a performance issue, well, DRG is easily better than every single newcomer MVP got here (was the only player from MVP to make it to code s).

Symbol, Seed and HerO are probably comparable overall. DRG isn't the one-and-only team league bonjwa any more, nor does he have the individual league results to back up such a decision. Hopefully he has something else lined up

DRG is at least still making Code S. I don't see how a player like Seed who wasn't able to make it past Code A in like over a year is comparable. Symbol yes. HerO has been really hit or miss ever since winning IEM

DRG can do whatever he wants, really. One of the most desirable players in every way. He sometimes streams, he loves going to foreigner tournaments, he's super personable and has a huge fan following, and he has a strong history of wins (code s, mlg, dreamhack, maybe more) and while he doesn't dominate as he used to, he's still a very relevant player. One of the players who has been in code s the most seasons, period. I've been tweeting at him for a while to try to encourage him to move in with Polt and Violet

Plus Axiom's Olimo was talking about IM's future (someone stated in the earlier pages I think), it looks good according to her.
They still have Pet, Panic and can get Curious back to Korea because he hadn't qualified for WCS America anyway. And it's without new recruits. It's not like people were arguing hard against AirForce ACE in BW days, so it's ok.
MVP will be ok, if Proleague doesn't change format back to bo7, you have to have 2-3 stable players and considering that they're having HerO, Seed, Leenock, LosirA, Symbol and YongHwa already + it's not confirmed that Super, Billowy and guys like Swagger left the team.
On the other hand, considering that they left because they were tired because of SPL, will be interesting to what foreign team do they go and if they go there at all.
Compare it with Prime last season who had 1,5 players until MKP came back and still were getting wins and just think about how volatile is bo5 in teamleagues.

Wow, both Symbol, Yongwha and Kaghosira! MVP's my full support for the next pro league

where are the "Liquid'DRG" posts? or is that far too obvious
so mvp is basically IM but without coach kang. right? that's a good thing isn't it, at least when it comes to team league performance

Guess I'm back to not having a favorite team
