Like a drug high though, you're going to come crashing down hard and fast pretty soon Like others have said, get in bed as soon as possible. The longest I ever had to stay up was 38 hours, and when walking down the hall to my room after that I realized I wasn't walking in a straight line :O It's really funny to talk about that now but it was pretty scary at the time.

Sometimes, at about 30 hours, I see a bunch of white streaks swimming around my peripheral vision. They look solid, and it lasts about a dozen seconds. At about 40-50 hours, I just don't care any more. I don't care about the game I'm playing, I don't care about how tired I am, I don't care about whether I sleep or keep playing. The one time I stayed up 70 hours (ok, I cheated with 30 minute sleep), I ingested about 8 liters of coke and went to the restroom maybe 20 times. It didn't feel much different from 40-50 hours, except that my eyes started hurting when the sun rose.

Anyways, the last time I stayed up that late, I was only getting about 2-3 hours of sleep every day for about 5 days. I was barely eating or drinking as well. Then I randomly pulled my left pectoral muscle and it triggered an anxiety attack because I swore I was having a heart attack because of the immense pain. I had to call an ambulance. It so wasn't worth it.

I stay up 18-24 on an almost daily basis, for various reasons. In my experiences, me and BottleAbuser have had very similar experiences, except for the streaks. I don't experience any vision impediments or hallucinations at any of the hours. 24-?? are generally the "everything is funny and fun" time for me, and I tend to feel like I'm thinking more clearly than ever. Thoughts come faster and imagination works much more vividly. At the very least, it does seem to make me have a quicker tongue and be more social. Whether that's just me loosening up or what, I don't know. Two days and on always makes me feel burned out. That's zombietime. Nothing really matters and sleep sounds acceptable, but I still have to force myself to lie down. Regardless of when you go to bed now, you're going to feel crappy when you get up most likely. Expect random body aches and grogginess.

Daily basis refers to the times spent awake, not the specific day of the week. :p

Severe apathy is scary when you think about it later.
