I needed a OP to consolidate all of my news clippings as I continue to investigate Byun's whereabouts.
1/28/14 - Record Breaking Jailings of Terrans in Korea
After the recent results of Code A, Kespa has been jailing a record number of Terran players into Kespa Jail leading many to accuse the organization of rampant racism against the Terran race.
When asked about these skewed racial statistics, they denied all accusations and cited David Kim's ladder statistics showing that everything was balanced. Commenting further, the Kespa spokesperson said, "Just look at Code S. 3 Terrans made it this season. That's 200 percent more than we expected!"
Kespa then went on to say that they are cooperating with NASL and IEM to apprehend the Terrans that have escaped the Kespa judiciary system and fully expect to arrest fugitives: Polt, Bomber, Jjakji. Both Polt and Bomber escaped Kespa's clutches by fleeing to America, but Kespa is confident that with Byul and outsourcing to Chinese protosses that they will be brought back to Justice. Jjakji has remained elusive but Kespa has started cooperating with both IEM and Clauf to track him down. When asked about Alive, the Kespa official had a mystified expression on his face as he asked, "Who?"
In related news Kespa plans to expand the prison facilities as rumors of MKP's return to the Prime roster seem imminent. As always all citizens be on the watch out for Byun, the latest escapee from Kespa Jail. He is unarmed and mostly harmless.
3/10/14 - Byun continues to avoid capture from Kespa authorities.
With the dissolution of ESF and the merger of ST with IM in proleague, the war between Kespa and ESF ended. Despite that Terran players such as Yoda, Supernova and Byun have continued to evade Kespa jail. After missing for weeks trying to seek asylum in EU, Yoda is now pronounced M.I.A. Kespa earlier assumed they had captured Supernova, but it turned out to be Effort while the real Supernova avoided capture by undergoing plastic surgery.
After months of detective work, Kespa was able to pressure Prime into bringing Byun into the PL studios to be arrested. Despite that success Byun has once again dissapeared and his changed his name to [avilo]avilo and is now hiding in the NA ladder.

Citizens are once again warned to be on the look out for Byun who is considered to be unarmed and mostly harmless.
3/22/14 - Ongoing Investigation for Byun puts Kespa's legitimacy in question. Rain takes Justice in his own hands.
Despite all of Kespa's best efforts to find Byun in the pool of [avilo]avilo players on NA, Byun still remains at large. The ongoing inability of Kespa officials to arrest the wayward Prime Terran has started to make many question Kespa's overall efficacy. Concerns have only increased when recent PL results were announced showing that the 1st among 8 teams to drop out of the race in Round 2 was famous Kespa team Samshung Khan. While many are critical of Kespa's results and competence, others point to the newest Kespa team MVP as the shining example of Kespa's exemplar regime. In PL, MVP went on a hot streak as it tore through every playoff team in Round 1 defeating such famous teams as SKT, KT, Samshung and Jin Air. Many pointed out that MVP was being called Former ESF Trash by Kespa officials only three weeks prior, but were then sent off to Kespa Jail.
Perhaps the person most upset with Kespa currently is Rain. After the new patch came in Rain became adamant that every Terran in Korea be immediately arrested and thrown into Kespa Jail. He was quoted as saying, "We must stop the Terran threat now. Never in the history of SC2 has the balance of the game been this bad. Even during the WoL era of Infestor/BL Protoss still stood a chance against Terran. But that time has passed. It is only through the sheer skill and luck that the Protoss race has won the last 9/13 Premier events and in the last 4, only 7/8 were players were Protoss!" When press pointed out to him that there were only 3 Terrans that had made it into Code S and that ony two had won PvTs, Rain just shook his head sadly, "3! That is larger than 2! And 1 Is already too much! Hopefully 0 make it through next season so that the game stays balanced!"
When told of Byun's continued fugitive activities, Rain became enraged, "We cannot allow a single Terran to roam free! I am now offering an ultimatum to the clan of [avilo]avilo. Either give up Byun now or be crushed under the great foot of Kespa Power!" [avilo]avilo has yet to respond as the majority of the members have been stuck playing one ladder game with Firecake for the last 72 hours.
In other news, Yoda appeared at the airport of Seoul months after disappearing into the EU Wilderness. After seeing Rain at the terminal he quickly got back on the plane and went back to EU to join MC's Bounty Hunters. A team of crack Koreans out to steal all of Take's money.
