That does seem a bit premature. They have placed second in the most recent major tournaments. There is also plenty of stuff outside the game itself that reflects on how a team is formed. Personalities is very important in team games.

And why would you replace one of the best entry fragger there is and your in game leader at the same time? It would make absolutely no sense, especially after reaching the finals. NiP were unstoppable when xizt was a game leader. Have they won any premier tournament under Fiff's command? And friberg currently looks like a shade of his older self. GTR too, but he has shown he is capable of recovering in the past.

You can't compare viewership to something like SC where fans are watching shit every single day. With the last 2 250k events in CS the 'vast' majority of people only watched the Lan finals and nothing in between. And to be honest I think that's how it should be. At least for me, CS is something you get easily burned out on watching. A few huge tournaments a year is best. Fiff as an IGL is very recent, and you can't say that reaching the finals of katowice is a bad result, and its not like they were winning a lot with xizt in the months before they switched. And Friberg hasn't played that bad at all either. I don't understand why you would want to change anything with the team after making the finals. They just did not played that well as a whole in the finals and thats it.

They just did not played that well as a whole in the finals and thats it. How many clutches has friberg won for his team at IEM? He used to carry NiP in 1 on 2, 2 on 3 situations countless times in 2013 for comparison. It's not about every other team has suddenly progressed while NiP was stagnating or how would you like to put it. Because I want NiP to own, right? LGB gave VP twice harder time than NiP, that is not how it's supposed to be. We have SL LAN Finals as a next clash. Virtus.pro, Titan, Fnatic / HR, NiP as top-4 is basically given. Just imagine if NiP takes 3rd-4th place there, it'll be almost summer, there won't be any time to change the roster before Dreamhack. Do you really want to take the risks giving another chance to underperforming players ? I, for one, consider such situation unfair to the others Ninjas members. 2014 may be the last year in f0rest's and GTR's career, after all.

The crowds he was talking about was like football crowds, and you can't compare football crowds to esports crowds in any country, and he didn't. He was exaggerating a bit sure, but I don't know why people are so upset about that shit. Richard Lewis said a couple of weeks ago that if there was ever a mass murder at an eSports event it would be at a Dota event. That's surely more insulting, that's insulting actual people (in our community even), not the political situation of a country. He did not exaggerate "a bit". What he said was: a) extremely offensive b) not true at all As a public person, he should not speak in this way and got fired (and rightly so).

Yeah agreed, even if there are some half-truths to it he isn't the person who should be spouting them.
