Group B WE and Gambit are heavy favorites but C9 has an outside chance. TPA has no chance.

Conan loves to flash aggressively, miss 2-3 skillshots, blow his ulti, and then die. But then somehow, weixiao gets a double kill. Still, weixiao is no longer the dominant ADC he once was. His recent play has been plagued by passive laning and positioning (most of the time), sometimes poor CS-ing, and often tunnels/is unaware of global map movement and objectives. Worst case, he's a super-Genja. Best case, he lacks the confidence and flair he once had. Ruo, I just have nfi what he thinks he's doing half the time. Caomei, for someone who was once the definition of mediocre, is now impressively consistent on a level somewhat above mediocre. He'll probably still outlane most western top laners though. Suk1m is just playing really damn well atm, although he tilted a bit during WE's most recent losing streak. Incredible lane mechanics and solid, sometimes flashy play in general. He's a bit like a mini-Faker but he prefers long range APs over assassins. I'm pretty sure WE will outlane every other team in this tournament though (hard to say against KTB). If they drop games, it'll be because of their traditional weakness in map/objective control.

Though they're overall a strong team, wouldn't be a surprise to see them finish 3rd in the group because of Ruo. WE not making it out of the groups would be pretty saddening. C9 making it out would make me super sad.

I have a raging boner for the asian scene like everyone else here but isn't everyone sub conciously hoping for an "upset" whenever there's international competition?

I don't hope for an upset. And I don't have a raging boner for the asian scene. I just want the Chinese to do well. We always get scumbagged. Twice now, China has gotten fucked by the World Championships. One by Yeah, that too. On March 13 2014 05:15 NeoIllusions wrote: No, I've always been an SKT fan, because BoxeR.
