Dunno it would be nice for ESGN to figure out a way to make it worthwhile for these guys to risk their money. Not sure what it would take.

No-one would take that chance.

Socke vs. Nestea with Artosis and Kaelaris casting? I know its cheesy production but its a little embarrassing, you can have two streams up at once given decent internet, support eSports.

With the same argument you could promote watching all streams just to buff up numbers. Obviously not many people enjoy the ESGN content much; at least not when there is other stuff running too.

If only this started ~2 weeks ago then they had 1-2 weeks with no real starcraft content during EU primetime and a lot of people might've gotten hooked on fight night. Sadly the truth. And shockingly, the FPS still seem very very low.

I'm surprised Mvp didn't go for it at least, he's got a 63.89% winrate vs comparable players so the expected return of going for the $25k after winning the first game is edit: fix calculation for bo3.

I watched the first episode, and I just cannot stand these low ingame FPS anymore. I checked the LR thread for the second one, and the problems seemed to continue so I am not watching anymore - it is as simple as this and ofc I prefer WCS Challenger cause I think the format is pretty great and thrilling to watch I just hope they fix their issues for the second edition and I will try it once again

Well, thanks to ESGN for the effort, but: - It's 1 month old games. - It's (compared to nowadays' top level progamers) rather average/bad players. - Cheesy production. - Bad format (no one would risk 500$ in a bo3, that just doesn't work in SC2). - No advertisement anywhere. If you don't look in SC2 Tournaments @TL.net you won't even know about it. ... That's no criticism, only an explanation of the viewer numbers. Whereas ESGN is almost the ONLY ESPORTS EVENT in HS. So... there you have it. Hoping for a second season with improved format and more people will watch.
