Also people should not have ignored my flavor theory. it was way stronger than your role theory which is why you lynched me. host would never make an all politician scumteam.

and most theories which involve "x isn't mafia because of y reason" will probably be right because statistically x is unlikely to be mafia... doesn't mean it's because of y though

Townreads and PoE are basically the only way to catch decent low content players.

If you are right and actually listening to people and things are going good, then you get the credit. However, if you act like how Rayn did in Titanic, then you basically get blamed for the loss.

There are definitely many MANY posts in a filter of that length that don't need to be made; that being said the issue becomes when 2+ people are particularly active, how else would you have a productive conversation with them without your filter exploding? I think a long filter is inherently worse if you're talking AT people with one-liners and shitposts rather than with people.

Plus I was PMing with rayn about this a little earlier actually. Didn't mean to post a lot originally, and on Day 1 I don't think I really spammed at all, I just posted a fuckton (there's a difference). At some point I realised I had a large filter, and just thought fuck it, I'm gonna post a lot.

I tend to build my cases up over a period of time, adding points to it as the game progresses, and following through with the case or ditching it. Everything doesn't have to be consolidated into long posts for there to be "content". Like in this game i added to the case against Seuss/Onegu and basically made the case on rayn, it was just split over many posts. Doesn't make it any less content. edit: that's not to say a tonne of my posts weren't pointless this game of course :p

He just let scum get lynched. it was weird. you have also never seen my scumteam get crushed haha One of the greatest skills to learn when playing mafia is to know ahead of time when a partner can't be saved and plan ahead for it, mafia is a bit like chess in that way. This was my first mafia game where I didn't really try to dictate the team at all and it showed. I should have never let the marv shot go through night one but I just wasn't invested enough, too busy.

Well I'm not sure your bluehunting skills translate to a game where basically everyone is a blue in some form or another and the roles are all but claimed in thread.

It's a pretty inconsequential skill to have in the end and one that I don't really dwell on. I probably would have shot some one in the middle like SnB or Pandain night one, so it wouldn't have made much difference but shooting marv n1 is just a bad idea ><
