You're missing that the automation system that detects the players as participants can't pick up on Bisu because he's not in sospa tlpd (and I can't add him manually). He's making his debut today (if he plays), so the next time it should work.

Apparently Bisu is dressing up into his skt uniform (Larva already wearing it)

Sonic saying that the entire SKT team have put on their uniforms for the event.
Bisu is the manager of the team. I think Cheol Gu was the manager as well as a player in the first Sonic Proleague match, so it should be possible for Bisu to play.
Hoping for Bisu vs. Killer.
