After finishing their tryouts the Prime Rolster are 11 People. The teams are called Prime Optimus and Sentinel.
The players age range is 16-19. I think this makes it the youngest team in Korea. Prime Coach: "the testing phase was a little bit long but to analyze the selected player's skill we put a lot of effort in"
Akin is a former Woongjin stars Special Force progamer. Special Force is similar to Counterstrike and pretty big in Korea. He prepared two years for his debut in League of Legends.
This just made me wonder... how are Champions Winter qualifiers going to work? I never really followed the OGN Champions qualis until the very last stage, so I have no idea how the format is.
I'm asking because there are many teams that haven't been in Summer that will most likely want to get it, like KT A, SKT#2 and both Prime teams, all on top of the already existing teams
Its a really young team with an experienced coach. I think we wont see a big success from them in the upcoming Proleague and OGN Winter but they can become one of the best teams. Akin is the only one with "pro" experience and he needs to lead the team especially if they qualify for OGN.
Its a very Prime'ness team to bet on young talent to collect their fruit when its ripe. See Maru in Starcraft
Oh fucking awesome. The Prime coach is actually the undead player Sweet. Unfortunately shadowed by FoV, Lucifer and Reign in terms of the Korean scene.
I'm guessing Gerrard and Sweet remained good friends even after their WC3 careers ended, which is how he got the job.

There is a qualifier organized by nicegameTV and OGN. Online qualifier from 14th till 19th October. Offline qualifier (OGN) from 21th till 25th October.
Some teams are seeded into Winter and some are seeded higher into the qualifier.

One of the few Undead players I loved to watch. Good to see him

Sweet was the Undead king in Korea. He was overshadowed internationally by his fellow korean UD like FoV and Lucifer, because he never competed internationally, because by then he had already kind of quit/retired.
