Ironic in that Athena is the Greek Goddess of wisdom, but SmiAthena is the opposite of wise! He makes Scooby Doo villains look like master-criminals.
Hopefully the matter is reported to the police and Athena gets a trip to the Big House.

Here's the deal, Nanocloud went up to me asking if he and 4 other guys can get into Quantic Academy with him as coach/manager. I declined him because our roster was full and taking in 5 players would be ridiculous, there was also some negative feedback about him. I have also heard previously that he was telling other people that he could get his 5 into our Quantic Academy easily without even talking to me and today after talking to another manager, that rumor about him saying that Quantic wanting them was indeed true. This 200-300 Euro thing sounds just as big of a scam as smi's promises. Also Rei, I know that people reading through all your comments will quickly realize that you were part of smi from the get go. You were here from day 1 when Anderson Barrett approached your team. You dont have an excuse such as "I wasn't here to supervise anything." Tim Dirtybird was legitimately away at the beginning. You've always been here and were a manager of the team! Dont think I dont know that you and Anderson Barrett were on the same wavelength. I'm not inclined to believe a 35+yrold man would have no clue that Anderson was trying to scam us players. You should've had enough power as assistant manager to Dirtybird to say something. I know that in many of your comments trying to make me look bad, you are trying to save face for smi and yourself. I feel bad for smi getting scammed by anderson just as much as the next guy, but dont try shifting attention to a pointless arguement. It doesnt work I find you just as much to blame as Anderson because you were a manager that was around during the whole situation. You have no excuse. The game I played with you shows that you had GM rating and I had platinum. It was a practice game where I was trying a new build. If you watch the replay, my apm is 0 for quite some time. Why do you think that is? Oh, because I was alt tabbed and writing notes down. I have many more replays where I have 0 apm for durations of the game. I play for my CSL team, I complete at local lans, and I've done pretty well for an amateur player. I'm no where near top tier. Why would I try to pretend I'm better than my skill level. You think by faking it, I would be able to get on a good team? What after that? I would imagine that team would expect me to show my skill via demonstration even if it was a coaching or academy position. The higher up you go in sc2, the more expectations to play in live tournaments, qualifiers, and other events. If anything, the best option if I was faking my skill level would be NOT TO TRY to get on any team. If I wanted to make money off online gaming. I would def switch over to LoL haha. I would gain 0 from paying koreans to play on my account. It is quite hard to make a living playing sc2 unless you are literally the top players in the world. I also would gain nothing in the real world by going around my college and telling people, Hi I'm grandmaster on the NA server. <---- WHAT WOULD THAT GET ME? lol. Aside from strange stares. The only thing I do that is frowned upon is on occasion I boost friends accounts. I usually dont charge anything. We only did that to this Anderson kid because we wanted to see if he was scamming us. Thats why we split the job 4 ways. It was just to see if he would end up paying us. I do know that there are many players who make a source of income from boosting. I dont do that. I boost only close friends. SCA, you guys have a bad reputation already. You are making your own team look bad with the lies you spread. You guys stream snipe, stream cheat, and on various occasions you have ddosed players. I dont know what your goals are as a clan, but I wish you best of luck with your clan. Regardless of the lies spread above, I've decided to take a few months off from NA and switch back to EU full-time. I'm going to work hard on EU and hopefully after all this drama dies down I will come back to NA. I wish everyone good luck. I hope this smi scam was a lesson for everyone and I hope people like Anderson Barrett dont continue to plague e-sports with fake promises of gear/money. Good luck to all my friends from NA! I also wish Sonic, Jonsnow, and Virium the best of luck on a new team(whatever that team is). These guys are great players and well mannered. They kept me sane during the smi scam, and fun practicing 1v1's and playing arcade games with them. GL HF #usafighting ty for all those who support me and reached out to me. For a noname player, it was quite nice to see the comments on skype and sc2 that told me to ignore the haters/trolls. This is my last post on this thread.

Second he is a small team why would he trash bigger teams? it would not help him at all. So idk but this does not sound like Pascal. I second what KiloKilo23 says... I've worked with Pascal before and I have no doubt that Nanocloud was trying to trick him. I know he currently pays for HTOMario a fair salary per month. Also he said that if he gets the sponsor, he can possibly pay you guys. He didn't confirm anything or made set promises for the future.

May I ask how you message Pascal at 10:40:55 PM but then receive the next message 4 minutes earlier at 10:36:06 PM? Also at the bottom your last message was at 10:55:42 PM yet Pascal's reply comes 23 minutes earlier at 10:32:50 PM? You also have multiple messages from yourself that show the exact same time stamp (such as 10:35:24 PM). It's not possible to send 2 messages on the same time stamp. So you're either hundreds of years advanced with some sort of magical time machine or you just made up the conversation and forgot to change every time stamp.

Even if you have someone trustworthy vouching for you, there's a certain point of promising stuff where the recipient has to turn around and say show me the money. I'm also trying to figure out how he got that Skype conversation. Desrow was never involved with sMi. Anderson tried to recruit him, but I told him not to because I knew this was going to happen. Then, he messaged and told him that. As the manager of your team, you should have stepped in from the beginning to stop them from talking to your players or making promises to them until you spoke to them yourself and made a signed agreement on everything. If they weren't willing to sign an actual contract then you shouldn't have tried to work with them. Any company that legitimately works with e-Sports teams would have talked to you first and made a signed agreement with you first. I know the actual scam wasn't your fault and I don't mean to say this as if I'm blaming you, but I just hope people learn from these things and will take more proper actions when so called "sponsors" try to come in and just make deals by them saying they will fulfill what they claim to offer. As I stated, I was on a hiatus from really managing sMi at the beginning of all of this. Once I found out about things, I told my players NOT to do anything before I talked to these individuals, but that didn't stop everyone from getting contracts and signing things. Then those players were not under contract with your team so why were you talking to them? They signed a new contract with someone other than yourself. That is how you respond. Or we had a contract. Your new contract was not approved by your team. Why would you do this? I said not to talk to them. This new person doesn't run the team. You ban that person from skype until you handle the arrangement. Why would you want an arrangement with a sponsor that doesn't work under agreed upon terms? Stop making excuses for yourself and displacing the blame. Sure you have players, sure your a small team. But if people aren't in it for the duration of the haul with you, they need to be gone. You told them not to talk to them not to do anything and they signed contracts? Why the hell are they still on your team? they fed into the entire mess? You didn't do anything to enforce team rules and kicked nobody to the curb. Hey, go play sc2 go do this train this way. But w/e you do stop talking to these people until I present you something and don't send anything out. Sure the players, made mistakes, and you were well aware of what was going on, but unless you told the players (which you didn't because you were documenting the scam) Your making mistakes as a leader. Those cannot be ignored. You let a very tense situation persist and fester. If someone wants to deal with you organization they do so thru you They fax documents They sign an agreement with yourself The agreement if never made face to face is done with photo id's (DL) Things originate from the head of the organization. Sponsorships mean you return something of value to another organization. You represent them, you get there name out, its not always monetary immediate return for you. But they simply don't do the following -give money out -give free gear -refuse to explain how this is a mutual benefiting relationship. -Your players should become advocates for said sponsor and know how they are able to contribute to representing them positively. (see an idra EG video or something where every sponsor is named everytime). Honestly, as a sponsored paintball player fighting to get sponsorship every year you learn a lot. The concept that companies just handout money is false. They want some type of return. The fact that your players, and you don't seem to understand this is very alarming and as a potential sponsor would make me want to go somewhere else because your team apparently expects free stuff and free handouts. No thanks, I'll go some where else is what every company that see's this will be thinking. Very poor leadership and very poor accountability, and very poor internal structure.

Now, I have decided that I don't want to keep quiet anymore as I have found out that he has been lying to other people. The conversation I have posted here is the first time Nanocloud and Anton talk, during the conversation Nanocloud claims that Quantic management wants them as part of their team right after I declined them entry to our team. I never wanted all of this to go out in the open, but I feel that the lying should stop. I feel really bad for the other four players along with him as they are really really talented players and they deserve to be able to find a good home. To the four players with Nanocloud I wish you good luck in a finding a team, and to Nanocloud please do not use other team's name in order to gain favor for yourself. This is my last post on this thread. dis guy.
