I assume noone else has anything prepared? I sadly don't really have anything either. I guess we could run either the CoC (this time real CoC in 1928) or the Shadowrun oneshot i have already done in the groupfinding thread, if you are interested in that.

But the question is, where are you at Era? We miss you. If you're having second thoughts about DMing we can probably play something else. Maybe it's just internet or IRL troubles you're having. Either way, we scheduled another session 1600 on next Saturday. Simberto will prepare something if you can't make it or don't want to play the carneval campaign, so don't worry, just let us know or show up or something.

Would still love to play in the carnivale instead of course, i am really interested to see how that whole story unfolds.

It's another archeology/occult type investigation I'm assuming, so we should fit in with the squad described in the second article. Not a crime investigation... Could we take on one of the roles described in that second article, or are those dedicated NPCs? I found it quite fun to play a woman in the 1920's, I kind of want to try that for more than the one-shot we played. It also helps me to remember not to bumrush monsters and people with axes and such when we shouldn't. :D

At least one of you should also have some money at his disposal, since the campaign spans multiple locations across the globe, so being able to travel would be rather useful. Generally speaking, a varied skillset throughout the group might be useful. As for the "complex" thing, i have some ideas how to handle this, there are a lot of handouts available, so i will use the roll20 site as kind of a virtual table where you can shove that stuff around. But keeping some notes might be useful, as some minor details might become important lateron. I would also not expect your investigators to survive the whole thing, so it would be a good idea to have a friend somewhere else whom you regularly send status updates and diaries, so you can continue in case everyone gets horribly murdered.
