Felt sorry for the wolf more than Rob tbh. So Bran and Rickon wolfs are ok which means they will be fine for now, Rob wolf dies and Rob dies right after it too, Jon wolf is lost and hes kinda lost too, Sansa wolf is dead, so shes kinda dead too? I forgot about the Arya wolf really if its dead or just escaped ?
Arya's wolf is on the run i believe I think it got killed because it attacked a Lannister in Season 1 or something like that . Sansa's was set free IRC.
Sansas wolf got killed, arya sent hers away

Nobody knows what happend to Nymeria since then.

the starks arn't unlucky, they made their decisions. Ned decided to tell cersei about his discovery because he didn't want to harm children. Robb decided he would disobey frey and marry a lannister girl, and he trusted Theon. Cat decided to free jaime out of a crazy hope to get her kids back.
These decisions were not stupid, but moral, emotional decisions. But the GoT world is just like the real world. The less scruples you have the easier time you'll have attaining power.

Man i would love it if The Rains of Castamere was played trough whole scene, not just beginning.

awww man. Well being on the internet I had been spoiled on several occasions and knew Rob would die at the wedding, hell in this thread someone made a "prediction" that it would happen.
At least I had not been spoiled about Catelyn dying as well.
And how glad I am that David Nutter, comming back after the second season to direct this episode(and the next), making it as good as it can be, after Michelle MacLaren, director of the 7th and 8th episodes, turned those 2 into the worst episodes of the entire series.

Notice how the smartest, coldest and most psychopathic of leaders (Tywin Lannister and Roose Bolton) now probably hold the most power.
Interesting picture of our casualties so far, might wanna copy-paste into new window: + Show Spoiler +

in the end, its all Catelyn tullys fault, and shes not a stark, but shes stark raving mad...
also starks indeed arent stupid, but awkwardly one of the most emotional/irrational (from a cold instrumental rationality persective) families in the game of thrones. which is weird, as most of them would call them cold people with hearts of ice, theyre actually quite hotheaded.

I was spoilered about Robb + the wolves didnt know the whole troop get slaughtered. That was brutal especially how they make it so happy/hopeful future like and then they close that door, and .. you guys know the rest. RIP in piece

I have regained my love for Jon Snow.... at the beginning of the show I thought he was a bad ass, than for about a dozen episodes he spends his time licking that girl in the ass, but now he killed the bitches and knows their plans + he gave exactly 0 shits about the girl. I will never doubt him being a bad ass ever again.
It was kinda obvious that shit was going down when Lord Bolton refused to drink but I didn't expect Rob to die, I stopped liking him when he gave up the whole revenge and murder all the Lanisters gig to marry that nurse so no loss there imo.
I would put my money on the Stark family getting "erased" in the next few episodes and split between the other houses than later on one of the 4 left kids rebuilding the armies and fighting the with walkers/dragon girl that i forgot the name of.

Man life in Westeros is dangerous. You wonder how they all got that old in the first place. :D

His army wasn't very big.
+ Show Spoiler [spoiler about his army size] + He said he had around 3,500 men upon arriving at the Twins

Oh thats right its basicly over now, besides these side stories that have poped up. This episode ruined the show for me, and i am not watching from this point forward. Killing off the main people in the story like this just seems redundant. Not for me. Great untill this episode, can't belive this actully happend. So unforturate

haha yea, it's pretty funny to read through all these reactions of the people that didn't read the books and are now like "im done with the show"
books -> series
all day, every day.

Not sure if this question is allowed, but was Rains of Castamere played before the massacre in the books as well? It just seemed stranged that no one realized that it was a Lannister song except for Caitlyn.
