Just most, and not because they are foreigners more because they get over hyped to hell and back and their fan boys are annoying as fuck(Especially Stephano fanboys). Most of the hate on foreigners come out of frustration imo. Idra and Stephano fanboys have made it literally impossible for me to root for them...

You must really hate Flash then if he doesn't win a GSL very very soon. ;-)

Then why the hell do you hate the player, when the fans are the ones to blame... ? I personally cheer for Stephano, though I hate the hype train he got, especially when there's nothing that proves he's going to do well in Code S, more like the opposite, like when we saw Oz completely dismember him in an MLG iirc, showing that with good preparation, you can beat Stephano, and GSL is all about preparation.

I hate the player because if he wins the LR turns to complete shit, if he loses the LR turns into complete shit... Whether it's their fault or not no matter the outcome when they play the LR is unbearable and I enjoy posting and reading through LR's when watching games which I can't do when they play.

I know plenty of people who root for the underdog like you stated, and I think that's totally fine. I dislike Stephano because of the immature and controversial things he's done (mostly outside of games)... I'm not a fan of Stephano-the-person, although I fully recognize his talent as Stephano-the-player. But without going into a long rant and posting a list of scummy things he's done (that everyone probably knows from TL news threads) that will completely derail this LR thread... that's why I don't root for him. He's a very polarizing figure in the community. Fantastic player though, and I can see why many people root for him to continue to do well.

I don't like Stephano's attitude or how he conducts himself outside of the game. I think it shows in his gameplay too which is what I dislike more than anything else. I feel like every ZvP I have ever watched from him is the same exact game from him no matter his opponent. He lacks creativity and fun in his play compared to the great's such as Leenock and DRG.

All this talk about Stephano's hype train being derailed etc and no one has talked about how almost every single one of his GSL losses this season are because of lack of scouting. All this talk about 'preparation' is mindless. In the first game Stephano did an entirely different build to his normal one, it had obviously been prepared to stop 2 base all ins, especially sentry-immortal. So why is everyone talking about him being too predictable or not preparing? Flying sure as hell did not know he was going to do that build and his build was not prepared to counter it specifically. Stephano's was designed to counter his opponent! But yet the conversation continues and everyone nods their heads in agreement. Stephano lost because he went standard and his opponent prepared a special build to counter it. Erm....what? How can that be what people think happened? If anything the opposite happened. Stephano prepared a special counter build and his opponent did something else. Now if people want to think it was some sort of meta gaming that is fair enough. Flying knew he would counter sentry immortal in that specific way and therefore went for the BO win? But I think its an enormous reach and the he knows that I know that he knows only goes so deep. He lost because he did not scout dilligently enough. Its funny because he is extremely good at analysing small amounts of information. But he instead often gives himself none of that vital information. Tl;DR version: Stephano needs to scout a lot better than currently, until he does these sort of losses will continue.

With all these EG players streaming everyday, they get less real practice, and grants their opponents a way to studdy their playstyle.
