Nice, I screwed up meatballs a few days ago, made them too big and tried to fry them. Will have a crack at this.
Never new Rocket was called Arugula in the US, I presume it is pronounced
aHHHH-RHOOOOOOOOOGUUUUUUUUU-LAAAAHHHHR.
Hard to comment on how rediculous it sounds but we call it rocket, lol.

For those that live in or near Portland, OR, this is the meatball sub from Shut Up and Eat. I recommend never going there, because once you do, you'll want to live there, and they'll take all of your money.
