Cant really remember the exact date when I wrote my last blog but I will just recap anything kind of major.I will just talk about pretty much what has happened to me the past 2 months i think it has been. Also only really talk about the major stuff i guess cause i do a lot of boring stuff here too. I still go to pc bang with my friends and hangout with peoples from school and other exchange students and we walk around Seoul and stuff.
I guess the first thing that I could talk about would be that another former exchange student from Germany came to live at my house here for around 1 month. She had been in Korea 2 years ago and was coming back this summer to visit and spend time with her friends she met here. She turned out to be super nice and we got along super well. But shortly after that I was asked if I wanted to try living with another host family because this new host family wanted to see what having an exchange student was like. So i moved to the nearby city/community and joined a new family for just over a month. Pretty much all of July. I was really nervous about this family because I know a lot of other exchange students have had problems with their families and a bunch have already gone home. But they turned out to be incredibly nice. I instantly got along with nearly everyone in the family. They are super rich as the dad is a CEO of a accounting firm so the mom didn't work and she was super kind and a pretty damn good cook. We also ate out alot there so I ended up for the first time since I got here gaining a little weight. I didn't see the host dad a lot as he was always at work and such but still he was very nice and we talked a bunch about sports. The sister there was at first very shy and barely talked to me/even looked at me, but we eventually started to get along better. She was older than me as well. Finally, my younger host brother was the greatest probably one of my favorite people I have met in Korea. Me and him got along super well and did so much stuff together. He was also into League of Legends so that was pretty awesome and we gamed together a bunch also was just super cool guy and felt like an actual younger bro he was 16 im 18. But now I am back with my old host family because there was an american exchange student in that area that really had to move host families so the organisation I am with kicked me out and she will be taking my spot there. I am still super thankful for my current host family being so amazing but that one was just sooooooo perfect.
The next kind of major thing I did was me and two of my german friends wanted to see the f(x) goodbye stage at Mubank(Kpop group), So we got up super early and had our f(x) albums ready to go as we were going to wait in the f(x) line to get into the show so we show up pretty early only other people there are the super junior fangirls and we ended up waiting till around noon for the sm reps to come as there were no fans with f(x) list. So while we waited we kind of just walked around the area and even caught a few idols walking into the recording building we saw ZEA, Superj Snior, After School and T-ara's Eunjung. So after waiting like all morning at 1 o'clock we are told that F(x) fans will not be let in for this performance apparently there was a message on their fan-site but we didn't check it so zzz. Wasted all morning there and then after just ended up going to this album shop and buying a bunch of albums for super cheap. I really want to see Apink as they are my favorite group and yeah. So the next day I get up and have nothing to do so just go on my comp and relax and play games and such. Then at around noon I remember I haven't checked my phone so far today. And on my phone I see a message from the same girls as yesterday and they are going to try again today and go to the show at like 10:30. Well guess what they end up getting in and seeing Apink who is performing there that day. I cant describe how depressed I was like whole day ruined couldn't even bear to watch the perf on tv so sad . But thats it for Kpop related stuff.

Now back to my Host Brother of the temporary family, well he was going to get his hair permed which is really common among Korean guys. So I decided while I was there I might as well do something to my Hair aswell so I got a straightening perm on my hard so now its straight then after that because why the hell not I got both of my ears pierced and actually really like them. I haven't shown my mom in Canada yet because she will probably disown me and not let me come home or something like that. I thought it would hurt a lot more than it did. The only thing that has been painful was when I first removed them and then somehow the whole sealed like in 30 secs or something even thought I had had them on for a week. So I had to re puncture it again myself and that kind of hurt. Otherwise I really like them and am considering getting my eyebrow pierced later or something.(just look in other pics of me and people to see earrings/new hair if you care)
Next majorish thing I did was that there was a meeting for all the returning Korean exchange students and for the ones going away next year. It was like I presentation and everyone had to meet each other and give an introduction about yourself in Korean(was horrifying) But that was cool met a bunch of really cool people. Sadly no Korean went to Canada most go to USA and Finland. And then after that I went to Namsan Tower for the first time with a couple of my exchange student friends who I don't get to see so often because they live far away here. Also at the top of the tower we saw these really funny street comedians that were really good. And I actually understood most of the jokes even though my Koreans isn't even that amazing it was really cool to understand them.

Probably the biggest thing I have done these past 2 months is I went on a trip to a different city, Pohang. It is located in the southern part of SK and on the sea so it was very hot and humid but I liked it there sooo much. There were two exchange students originally there but they left and are most likely going home due to a bunch of issues they are having. I would be staying with a student from the Highschool there for two nights then at a hotel for the last night.

The student who let me live at his house was super bro level and a really nice guy. Again he played LoL so that really helps break the ice between two people. The school itself felt really tropical as there were no doors besides ones into the classrooms all the hallways were open and there were plants everywhere. The school was also kind of old but overall it was really nice. It is the musical school for the area so they had one super nice and new building which was just for their music program. Then we met up with a bunch of students at the school and for some reason I was the most popular there usually the finnish girls get all the attention because they are super tall and blond and such. But it was nice, everyone was coming up to me to take pics with. I eventually met up with three girls from the school and they were really nice and funny. If anyone remembers from my past entries I am the only boy to come to Korea so I was always a little more distant to the other exchange students as sure being surrounded by girls is nice but sometimes I really just want to relax and talk to a bro, you know? So I ended up pretty much spending the entire trip with these three girls and the boy whose family I was staying at while all the other exchange students hung out with each other. I am sad it was only 2 days and I really want to go back and visit them sometimes I get the chance. Also on this trip we met up with a bunch of exchange students from an all girls Chinese middle school. They were cute but never really talked that much to us and apparently according to other exchange they took creeper pics of me when I wasn't looking but I never noticed it. While we were there we went to a some robot museun during the day and then at night we went to a fireworks festival. Then after me and the previously mentioned peoples went to noraebbang at like 12 am which was fun even though I fkn hate singing and am so bad most guys just singing funny songs and its fun. The next day just like toured around then went to the finale of the fireworks festival which had a competition between a bunch different countries. Poland's surprisingly was by far the best. The next day we said goodbye to each other at a presentation at the school where they had a performance from the school dance team which were really good. Then went to hotel where I get my own room because only boy! and relaxed went to beach and such just relaxing day. Beach was nice but kind of annoying how they don't have sand just rocks and such, water was refreshing as it is so damn hot here.

And finally yesterday I visited one my better friends from school who is in the hospital for the entire summer break because she has a blood problem and needs constant attention. She is really sad and depressed and bored so I spend pretty much my entire yesterday sitting with her at the hospital and just talking also met her sister and her dad. I really hope she gets better and I think I will visit her again sometimes next week or so.
Anyway i'm pretty sure I missed a ton of shit because I have a terrible memory but anyway thank you for reading and make sure to ask me any questions you want I will pretty much anything.
THANK YOU!!!
