person 1:"hey what do you think of him?" person 2: (after personally looking at filter etc) "yea I'd lynch him" person 3: "me too" Objectively, if the thread was the only thing you could access than the Sinensis case is more well built. However, outside (of thread) info in the form of people's reads on Sinensis and drwiggl3s has played a factor (the former plays weird, the latter isn't playing like his town self). The basis of why right now its drwiggl3s over Sinensis is b/c several people are feeling iffy on the basis of Sinensis' meta and unwilling to vote him.

NSH can you assuage my concerns? Why exactly is drwiggl3s the optimal lynch over Sinensis in this situation? Are they not equally good? Do you not think that this wiggl3s wagon even more quickly than Sinensis (which I would argue was not quick at all since I've been prodding it from start of D1)?

Contrast that to wiggl3s who has not had really any clear opinions. He's waffled on a lot of things and he's for the most part sat around and done nothing. He's got some talk in his filter but if you read between the lines he's not actually saying anything. Contrast this with his play in LVI and you'll see what I'm talking about (players from LVI should know what I'm talking about, anyway. Marv does) As for how fast the wagon built up, doesn't really matter given that it's a last minute voteswitch. That's how they work. Earlier wagons that build up fast are a bit more concerning because people have time to think about their opinions but they just jump on the first guy who seems controversial without thinking about it. Here in this case we've at least gone through stages of eliminating certain possibilities (e.g. prplhz)

Who knows, maybe they're both town and we're on a wild goose chase, but I think wiggl3s is the better choice of the two. Best choice today, in fact. If I had the balls I'd lynch prplhz but given how many bad blues have flipped recently I'm not so willing.

Night 1 The dreamers quibbled as reality bent around them. Their fear and mistrust seeped through the rift like a pustulent, oozing wound. So it is that as the sand dial ticked down, their fears began to become their reality. Most endured, for they had a greater goal, and persevered, arguing, while one man in particular couldn't handle the stress. He found that his loquacious conversation was fruitless and his fears were hanging from the trees around him like ripe fruit, and his mind snapped, he sat, and chanted. The lights go out and I can't be saved Tides that I tried to swim against Have brought me down upon my knees The town looked at him, and one man asked "Is this... normal?" soon people left and right were chiming their oppinions about just how strange this, of all events, was. Not of the snails that crawled up the walls, or the eyes bubbling from the fountain, or the impossible fact that three suns shone down where there had been only one before. No, they fixated on the singing. Confusion never stops Closing walls and ticking clocks The ticking of a massive clock filled the square where the argument was taking place, reminding them that time was running out, but still drwiggl3s sat and chanted. And nothing else compares You are You are Home, home where I wanted to go As the crowd muttered and argued, pointing fingers, all drwiggl3s uttered in his defense and as an indictment of others was "Home, home where I wanted to go" Home, home where I wanted to go As a massive clock tower rose in the middle of the town square, with the clock ticking off to midnight, the liturgy remained the same. Home, home where I wanted to go As the clock tower struck twelve, the doors sprung open revealing a throne of twisted, coiled barbed wire, a bleeding corpse quickly evaporating off of it. The intent was clear. The people looked at each other, undecided, and ]drwiggl3s just spoke "Home, home where I wanted to go". With a frustrated yell, someone grabbed him roughly by the arm, yelling "Enough!" and the mob rose with him, shoving drwiggl3s, into the throne. As his blood seeped into the throne and he slowly evaporated as the clock tower doors closed, drwiggl3s a last agonized phrase left his weeping lips. Home, home where I wanted to go drwiggl3s, Johnathan Swift the Dreamer rests upon the throne of thorns. + Show Spoiler [Johnathan Swift] + Welcome to Mini Mafia II: You are Johnathan Swift a Dreamer,a British author and satirist. This is your dream, and what a strange dream it is. Who are these people? Why are they here? Whats up with the giant flaming moon slowly descending towards the earth? Why are there little people scampering about? Is this some kind of subconscious metaphor? Hey, this would probably make a decent book! Anyway, focus on figuring this out, and then who knows, the idea of a nation of small people is intriguing. You have 24 hours to get night actions to both me and my cohost. Keep an eye on those that switched votes from me to wiggles in my opinion. That's sloosh, VE, and dangeresque. I would gamble one of them is mafia.

Thereby you could probably find them among the pile of players who didn't really push town a certain direction. Would you guys agree with this assessment? Yes, and mszontar, VE and d77 fit this. I'm wondering if a sinesis lynch would be bad or good. But what strikes me is that ve is ALWAYS in the middle of the voting list. i dont remember where i saw that, but a rule for scumhunting is that there is always a scum on the middle voters of a mislynch. also for the record, my notes have wiggles as "looking worse over time, have to recheck". I was away most of today so I didnt even do that. I'll post more close to the deadline. Also fuck yeah Anderson Silva.

I find Sinensis' assessment fairly scummy, and I'll give bonus points to anyone who can tell me why before I finish typing it up myself.
