You know what kind of hybrid would be way better?
Alternating games each match. All teams play each other twice each round, one time being a Bo5 of just brood war, the second being a Bo7 of SC2 (they have to promote SC2, let em have a Bo7). Then, all fans of all types would get their fix. That would be a format I would support and tune into.

I mean, they'd get a bit of prep time, instead of going into matches alternating

That shit was way easier in emerald.
I just love crystal because of all the breeding moves madness and the music. I also have a rom where the game is glitched where I can reset the time every time I open it woot woot mass manipulation

The only reason they are not following your suggestion MDJ is because if they did that most of the time fans only will come for the bw session and not the sc2 session . In other words they are forcing fans to watch both games and force feeding us to watch sc2 and hoping that some how magically we will turn in to e-sport(sc2 horde).

Well, that's actually a very good point, and I agree. You're implying that there is not a large crowd waiting for another block of SC2 games in Korea? Or, are you implying what I believe, that the average korean would rather watch high level BW vs high level entry level SC2?
