You're main character is a wizard, who can use his spells/abilities (fireball, shield, levitation orb, and mana-recharge) to kill enemies. All I have right now is the engine and a bunch of the NPC's. I have yet to design levels and I'm just starting to draw tilesets. I'm currently working on making enemies! This is what your character looks like:

Wow, it has been a LONG time since I last blogged... like 4 months. Probably because I didn't work on my game for like 3 months straight =/
I just didn't have much motivation, I was working a lot ,and school was coming to an end... and I'm really lazy. But I started working pretty hard on it a few weeks ago, and I've made some HUGE additions.
I'll start off with a new enemy NPC- cobras! They shoot poison horizontally at you from a very long range. They're relatively weak, but their long range can make them pesky to deal with, especially if they're supporting other enemies from afar. They can either sit still in one spot, or can slither back and forth on platforms.

But the biggest addition I've made (and one of the coolest things in the game, IMO), is the ability to transmute between fire, ice, and lightning mode. Previously, our hero could only shoot fireballs... but now he can shoot fire, ice, or lightning.
Fireball- Shoots faster
Iceball- Does more damage
Lightning Bolt- Does splash to nearby units
Transmuting also changes the color, and functionality of your shield.
Fire shield- Does not bounce you back after hitting an enemy (can effectively go through enemies with it)
Ice shield- Costs less mana to maintain
Lightning shield- 33% chance of splashing nearby enemies upon blocking (100% chance when blocking projectiles)
