Thoughts

As you can see, I haven't really touched the mouth yet. I have started approaching it roughly but I will now go into much more detail and of course get rid of the white that you still see shining through at that area. I am not quite sure how I'll end up forming the upper part of the mouth. Maybe you have an idea.

You'll also notice a bit of a 2D feel to it that I will tackle with adding a few light brushes on the acid bubbles and a general retouch of the shading.

I will also add a lot more detail to the baneling to give it a more organic feel. (e.g. adding veins to the bubbles)

You might stumble over the orange, thinking "... but Banelings aren't bright orange". The orange is really bright, you can't actually see how bright on this picture unfortunately. It adds a bit of edge and more importantly another unrealistic element and the ability to draw attention to certain areas. I will apply more orange to the mouth area when I finish that up to increase the idea of this little fella being quite dangerous.
