As the opportunities to watch live Korean brood war are not as frequent as they used to be, I came up with an idea. To stream old MBC vods from the huge torrent on TL.
The torrent with all the games is well over 1TB, and I realized that not everyone has the capability/time/resources/etc to download all the games. As a relatively new member to the bw scene (08/09) I can only wish that I had joined the scene years earlier to experience what it was like. I suspect that others might feel the same way. So by streaming it, I feel like anyone can just tune in and watch the games that they have missed. I feel like this is a good solution for people who want watch some games without having to download all that.
Anyways I will be streaming some games maybe every week, if its on the weekends, i'll try to not overlap with other events ie ISL, ASL, OSL, etc. I'll also bump the thread when i do (that subscribe feature is really useful)
I'll start streaming a bit tonight in 3 hours time Friday, May 11 3:00am GMT (GMT+00:00) starting off with 2003 Stout MSL.

I saw the whole tournament, some really nice games in it imho, you're not brodcasting the two I remember the best from the first round though, but I think it should be enjoyable anyway.

Was thinking about trying this with youtube sync, but I've heard that site sometimes has issues.
Are you going to rerun a whole league? If not, selecting VODs from the cool and unusual games thread is something to think about too Hope your stream gets calendared if you can commit.

Now that i'm thinking about it, there were like 3k+ games in the MSL alone. It would be probably be better to just show the best games of each MSL. I don't know which games to watch for, at least from the older MSLs. Any suggestions?
maybe like only show games from big name players ie boxer, yellow, xellos, gorush, nal_ra, etc etc

Last game today, ending with Yellow.
I'm being told that Boxer vs Jinsu is good. Nada vs Zeus, Nada vs Chojja, and apparently all the Nal_ra games.
I'm probably going to stream some more on friday and on the weekend.
Woops forgot that I havent completely downloaded the entire MSLs yet so that last vod wasnt finished downloading :/
