The TL.net Logo Contest is coming to a close. Make your final submission here, before September 6 (two days from today). Your logo could help TeamLiquid win the first draft pick!
Again, a big thanks to IntoTheWow and Zooey aka dronebabo for their tireless and somewhat arousing help, and also to the countless others who helped spot great posts or threads. Without them, LiquiScoop would not happen. Enjoy!

Image of the Week
- This week's image is the official movie poster for the brand new documentary feature that National Geographic is doing on the KTF Team. It will focus on the 2v2 teams and the companionship shared between the players. Our very own Oxy was commissioned to do the poster art.

Ok TLnet Bot,
I get it.
I leave now, but you'll always be in my heart. Whenever I see those horses on the top banner, I will think of you. And it's going to hurt. Coming back here every day. But there will always be a space in my heart for you. So go on, go on moving VODs and maintaining the ban list. I'll be watching you from afar, protecting you from the likes of evil like Chibi.
You broke a heart today, TLnet Bot.

what would be awesome in addition to liquibet is like...a starcraft web turn based game. players can challenge other players, have a rate of mining (per day/hour,etc), start building stuff, etc. and battle it out
i'm a web dev by trade, lemme know if anyone is interested! =P

could you make it graphical? And run in full screen? With the ability to scroll in any direction? With moving icons and units, that you can click on, and hear them say witty comments like "sho nuff!", and assign them to do things like gather minerals, or bind them all to a single key and make them attack other units? And have like an online chat system/meeting place, like a battle zone, or fight net, or something, so we could chat and then initiate games against each other? Even save in-game videos of our battles to show other people?
I'd play that.

I have purchased two years ago a licensed version of the Starcraft-BroodWar. Everything was fine until three days ago, when connection to Europe, then USWest and then Asia, failed to start, with no messages returned, but the gateway list window back again. Only working gateway is US East.
I have no problems with my ISP or firewall setings, because one gateway is still working.
Need help, pls.

Your only option is to defeat US-East so you can unlock the other gateways!
This happens once every millenia or so, they randomly select a person they think is noble of spirit and true of heart, they issue a challenge that will take the said person on a long and dangerous adventure that will lead to great personal growth within the protagonist. The protagonist being you!
Good luck my friend...may your unlocking of the sacred gateways be successful...I know it will be tough, but if anyone can do it...it's you...Goku.

Forum Statistic of the Week
- All of these statistics are 100% true.
+ Show Spoiler +56% of TL.net would fellate themselves if they could.
Banninator of the Week
- This week's honor goes to Manifesto7, who not only effectively moderates our lovely forum, but also had to endure hate mail from users who were angry that they were banned. His stoic workmanship in the face of adversity is an inspiration to all of us here at Liquiscoop. We sincerely hope a large hole is not "maked in his head" by a "big big gun" or any other equally brutal method.
LiquiScoop Fanmail of the Week
- Our fans seek the wisdom of the LiquiScoop staff.Dear LiquiScoop,
I've noticed that the moderators have special icons. If those icons were to have a fight to the death, whose icon would come out on top?
Sincerely,

LiquiScoop's Answer:
+ Show Spoiler +Send your fanmail to liquid.scoop@gmail.com, where no subject is taboo. While two helmets (one viking), a loaf of bread with eyes, a sleeping pokemon, a flag, a tiny robotic dog, and a retarded cartman are cool, they probably would lose to the Rek's, seeing as how his is the GRIM REAPER OF DEATH. Still, Naz's helmet does block replies above it and disables parts of hyperlinks beneath it, so it's probably a tie.
