' That will redirect the reader to the appropriate page. If there are any missing, feel free to edit any existing pages or leave a message.

Wow, when looking at that page, I saw there was a Portuguese version of it. Will Liquipedia implement a multi-language feature like Wikipedia ?

We have decided to (from now on) disallow translations of articles in Liquipedia. Existing articles will remain, but new ones will be deleted. We have done this because we do not have a team of editors and reviewers for each language, TL is English Only in the first place, and the burn-out rate of translators is approximately 103% (and some more reasons that I don't feel like typing out). There will be a full post made eventually, hopefully before Christmas, about what you can do if you want to make translations.

I noticed that that in the 2012 GSL up and down page it says that Naniwa was given the code S spot and then it was revoked following his drone rush. However, according to GomTV he was awarded the blizzard cup spot and not the GSL spot. I know the matter is very controversial, however, the entry does not reflect Gom's official stance and is not factual. I think the controversy is an important inclusion and maybe the entry should be just reworded to something along the lines of "Naniwa controvery".

If looking for results, you can use the following templates: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Template:Placement (I know this one does not have a doc, I'll try to create one in a bit..) http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Template:Ro An example of how Ro looks is on the page. If trying to display a ranking, you can use the following links: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/2011_MLG_Pro_Circuit/Rankings http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/2010_MLG_Pro_Circuit/Rankings You'll need to create a table for whichever one you're trying to accomplish and use the templates provided to make it easier to display. To do that you can insert something like... {|class="sortable wikitable" | ID | 2012 result add another " | " for more columns |- | Torte | {{Placement|5}} {{LeagueIconSmall|mlg}} |} That was just an example, you can add more if needed. edit: There are people available in #liquipedia on quakenet if you need future help with anything webirc link: http://webchat.quakenet.org/?channels=#liquipedia

Second, in mobile safari, it loads like a regular website yet it doesn't behave like any other site because you can't zoom in or out using pinching. This makes the site difficult to read but, more importantly, it annoys the user because it's not what they expect from a website in mobile safari. If you don't want to remove the site there should at least be an obvious way to go to the regular site (which I never had any issues with on my iPad prior to the release of mobile liquipedia). I see that this opt-out issue was discussed earlier in this thread but there was no resolution. Also note, this issue of mobile websites on the iPad is not limited to liquipedia and has been discussed elsewhere for other sites. For instance: http://scripting.com/stories/2011/11/16/googleSearchOnIpad.html To quote the relevant part of that article: Designers really need to hear the following, loud and clear: The iPad browser is fully capable. It doesn't need you to treat it differently. You're fighting with users when you get fancy. Just stick with what works on the desktop. And if you must screw around, then make the opt-out obvious and painless.

First, while it looks great, so does the regular non-mobile website, so why go to the trouble of developing two websites? I'm pretty sure it's the same website with a different "skin". And I would guess, the redirect is not targeted to the iPad, but rather to the web browser (mobile Safari), because of the iPhone. There is probably a tweak that would redirect to the mobile version only for the iPhone, and not for the iPad.

Yeah I think mobile is just the default skin if you're on a mobile device, so look in the preferences on the site if you can't change the skin to the standard (DT-Rush) on your iPad.

A notable example is Team aiR: http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/Team_aiR Note also, that the achievements listed also go against the Liquipedia guidelines. I think that the guidelines should be enforced, so that Liquipedia can remain cleaner and more up to date. PS: I saw that a page was needed for LANTREK, and I added it with the relevant information. As it is my first page, it is very possible that I made mistakes, so I would appreciate if anyone knowledgeable, who has some spare time, could have a look at it. http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/LANTREK'12
