So recently I have hit a massive slump.
It started in mid season 3 when I ran into the brick wall called TvP. I practised, I discussed, I theorycrafted, and I fixed it! In the week before S4 I reached a 75% winrate in all matchups and I was already imagining myself hitting NA GM by January.
Then season 4 began.
Now going from something like 45-21 in the week leading up to S4, I am 42-51 10 days into the new season. My mmr dropped from mid/high master to basically diamond in 10 days. My practise schedule has been increased, yet I plateau. My macro is has gotten better these past 20 days, my multitasking went from non-existant to pretty damn good in the first 20 minutes of the game, and I'm finally using my army exactly where it needs to be used.
I'm losing TvZ's because my brain is screaming "FOCUS DOWN THOSE 3 BANES AND YOU'LL WIN" and my hands never do it. 30 marines, gone to 3 banes and 5 mutas. I'm losing TvP's because of harassing to the point of them simply attacking my base and I die.
Yet I don't feel like my skill is deteriorating. As I have incredibly intense games that I know that a month ago I would never have been able to do half as well.
All this leads down to this question:
How do I fix it?

Run marines, let tanks do the bane killing. Less micro and much easier!
but really,
"It started in mid season 3 when I ran into the brick wall called TvP. I practised, I discussed, I theorycrafted, and I fixed it!" do that again.

Oh how many times I tried to micro my marines vs very few banelings and just lose my macro lead due to 2 banelings blowing up almost all your rines. I now instantly choke in such a situation cause I know I will fuck it up same with storms T.T lol.
Anyway I've recently been trying to up the amount of games I play myself but I notice while I play more or less as good as with fewer games a day, I lose allot more. Maybe it's that you tilt somehow.

the fix is quite annoying imo, its a similar situation where i am, i killed my mmr by going 2 days playing in an extremely depressed state (i was at the point where i was leaving games at the 5second mark >.> should not have been playing) so now i have an mmr vs high diamond low master but i still play evenly with my teammates who are all very high master (they ladder against GM (not broken gm real gm xD)) yet i cant seem to increase my mmr due to stupid reasons of me losing to allins and the like that i normally would have no problem with (and the macro games are boring because my opponents macro usually sucks now T_T) the easiest fix is to spend the money on a new account and just have that fresh mmr, you'll get back to where you should be much quicker that way (fuck you blizzard why couldnt you make a ladder system like iccup, much simpler and easier and ppl get back to playing the opponents they should be far quicker after they've had a bad day) other than that the only thing to do is improve, basically to do what you did in season 3 TvP again glgl

pretty sure most terrans in masters are having trouble TvZ, just keep practicing and don't get too depressed.

Every now and then, I've heard TLO play Nazi? (it's in German and sounds vaguely familiar to German war music from WW2 I've heard in documentaries and other media considering I've been a big WW2 buff for almost a decade) WW2 war music on his stream and it makes him play better seemingly. I know for sure he's played the soviet anthem as well (random).
Don't do that haha, but the best thing to do is spend some time relaxing, and then practicing / warming-up with people you know or in customs. The ladder is a dangerous place, as like half of people will cheese / all-in, and if you aren't prepped, then it will screw you up, and then it will get you frustrated so you lose more. It's all about being chill and warming-up a bit.

You should work on your sentence structure. I didn't know where we were going with that first paragraph until it was over.
But I share the opinion that OP should chillax. Try dropping sc2 completely for 2-3 days. Do some massive exercise or do a household project or something that consumes your energy. When you come back you'll be fresh. It sounds like you're just worn down right now.

I think you are the one that needs to chillax, bro. Not everyone on this forum is a native English speaker. Even if he is native English, I had no problem understanding his sentence (even if it was a run-on)... People express their words differently; so calm down, relax, breath, and read it again (repeatedly) until you understand what he was trying to say. Absolutely NO need to make fun of someone's grammar on the internet.
Fucking grammar nazi's.... =\
