I'm guessing doing the running early is better since you're wide awake, not as drunk and doing the SC games first would probably cause your legs to cramp or seize up later on... I'd probably try to do something like: - Breakfast! 4 or so donuts, maybe 4 shots - As many sets of chin-ups as I could handle - 2-3 games of SC2 to digest a bit - Half marathon? - Couple drinks - About an hour of SC2 as a cooldown, with a set of chin-ups in between each game - Lunch! 5-6 Donuts, Couple drinks - Couple of sets of chin-ups - 2-3 games of SC2 to digest a bit - Bang out the rest of the marathon - Fill up on donuts so that you're satisfied but not overly stuffed - 1 drink & donut per hour roughly for the rest of the time - Lots of SC2, with chin-ups in between each game or two. - After 25 or so hours total, adjust pacing on donuts/drinks so that you can bang out the last 4 of each in the last 20 minutes or so and keep on playing SC2. No clue if that's best, but it seems like the most logical... Getting some food in early is important in order to kickstart your metabolism for the day though. I'm always way hungrier throughout the day when I've had breakfast than when I skipped it. | ||

You shouldn't feel any pressure, I for one don't expect a damn thing from you other than you to do your best, and I'm sure many others feel the same. Just enjoy the game and enjoy life. CAan't wait for your marathon attempt hahaha. | ||

Appreciated the depression talk too. I had the panic attacks a few years back and have still yet to really shake it off completely. Prior to getting them i had no appreciation whatsoever for mentall illnesses, but i do now. I doubt it's a tenth as bad as MDD. I really feel for you dude. Anyway thank you Tyler, and i look forward to future installments. ps: I hope your lovely wife is on standby during your marathon, just in case you try and eat too many donuts too fast or something >_> Or if you can get more people to join you, that'd be awesome. You could compete / push eachother to finish the uhh... race. I'm still trying to get my head around the planning of it. That's a lot of food and drink to consume as well as needing to be mentally strong to win 26.2 games, as well as run that distance. I'm thinking split the marathon in half or thirds. Do one chunk of running, eat, play, drink, play, drink, Run. Eat, play, drink eat etc. Pull ups go wherever, i don't feel they'd get in the way, or be victim to the other excesses. CANT WAIT LOL | ||
