I see most of the replies in this thread are about the challange but I'd like to thank you for talking about mental illness as a whole, and depression as a specific.
The first time I got the diagnose depression I was about 12 years old. I always seemed to think about darker things then other kids my age. This depression has followed me ever since and even though it's not been almost 9 months since I came out of my last relapse I know it's luring in the background.
The thing people that doesn't have a mental illness doesn't understand is that it's really hard to talk about, unlike other (physical) illnesses. Only three of my closest friends know about my history of depression and to be honest I'm not completely comfortable with that either. Having people that can reach hundreds, thousands or up towards ten thousands talking about this makes a lot of diffrence. But I also understand that it's harder to do since you're telling that many people about something that intimate. So I'd just like to thank you for saying all this, you've got a hell of a lot of courage!

That amount of chinups is beastly. Gogo Tyler!

I still remember Nony's "drunk" "" (I quote this for a reason) guide""" to quick arbiters in PvP.

I've always looked up to you as a representative of the American SC scene. It was the most amazing thing ever seeing you work your way through TSL2 and I really help you regain some of that motivation and momentum! Good luck man I know you can do it. It's time for you to put some nerds in their places and make your epic return!

NO WONDER HE GOT SO FAR IN THE COURAGE TOURNAMENT
yeah I agree though, props The part after the challenge was most interesting to me as well

I like it. Anything that gets me more Tyler content is awesome.

This entered my mind while I was watching the first minute of the vid. + Show Spoiler +Edit: picture copied from funny pics thread. He should change the color theme in the room, that should help with depression.
Gogogo FTW!

Wait... you can run two 3 milers, each faster than you can run it once... that makes NO sense. And you can run two 1 milers, each faster than you can run just one? Sorry man, your times make no sense what-so-ever.
Oh, and Tyler, throw in half a deck of cards worth of pushups (26, or 26.2 if you so please). Every card you draw, you do that many pushups (Js are 11, Qs, 12, etc).

You're done for sir. I wish you the best of luck and just hope you don't get seriously hurt. Outside of that- have fun.

Amazing idea to do vlog! I agree with what you said entirely, I feel that we (as viewers) really revel in that interaction with the players. Look at Day9, during all his dailies he explains strategy to you as his friend and strives to make you laugh while you learn! Keep up the good work Tyler!
Always going to be your fan, I'm patient, and can't wait to see what awesomeness you'll pull out!
Good luck with the 26.2 challenge! :D

"were gonna mix a bit" best way to puke, mixing alcool

How will you not die?
Thats a lot of shit.
But I guess it is a decently long time.

This will be quite fun to watch, looking forward to more vlogs in the future! I too hope that this encourages others to vlog as well. It would be quite fun to watch. Can't wait to see if you're able to complete your challenge as well. Should be pretty fun to watch after the alcohol stage lol.
Interacting with pros at events was something I was really concerned at when I went to MLG Columbus for the very reasons that you named. I know if it was me, at times I would have issues with people coming up and asking for autographs and other things. While I agree with what Geoff said on SoTG that it was something needed for the growth of esports, I can see your point as well. Which is why I think it is SO cool of you to set up signings at all of the events. It's things like this that make you into such a favorite of the fans.
I have dealt with depression in the past, and I am currently having issues with it again, so I can sympathize with what you are going through. I hope that things pick up for you soon and you'll be able to play at the level that you want.
Good luck at Raleigh, and keep on keeping on!
