Got a potluck this friday at the office and didn't know what the hell to bring, these will definitely win the prize...And to think I was going to bring in falafel.... Look so damn good I want to make some right now. Thanks for sharing! | ||

Only problem was, and I guess this can go as a tip to others, when you refrigerate the suckers overnight, the strawberry might actually separate from the white bakers chocolate that it is dipped in, so make sure you do a good job of dipping it (like ProjectVirtue did). I just dabbed each strawberry a little bit in the melted white bakers chocolate and some of them separated from the strawberry the next day. So uhh, what times can we follow you on The Food Network? | ||

I'll have to try experimenting with this in the future, it might be that theres some sort of condensation film between the chocolate and strawberry when the chocolate was still hot.
