If you hit 6 without being too fucked, the matchup takes a turn and you are a bigger threat with 3 charges of R, at least in my opinion. Assuming he doesn't have his Revolver yet, you're able to do a good bit of magic with Q-R-Q-AA combos. You just have to pick your places to engage and disengage by using Smoke Screen as a slow and R as a tool to create distance between you and him. There's a good bunch of melee champions who can hold their ground against him just fine, it's just that you need a good gapcloser and preferably a tool to disengage, too. Wukong is a great pick against him for example, and I still believe Riven and Irelia eventually win that lane. | ||

Sure, Cait is strong in lane and Varus has utility and Kog is a late game monster but Ez is gonna let you quadra kill people who are worse than you with ease. The only issue with Ez is, as you pointed out, lots of people are playing him because of Pulsefire release imminent so he may get sniped away from you. I'd still say that Graves and then Corki are better for crushing people but Ez is pretty even to Corki's pubstomp strength. edit: Oh, Urgot really good at pubstomp too. And super easy to pubstomp with. | ||

Using it when I am going in for CS qualifies as harassing, doesn't it? I know you don't make full use of it, but I guess people are assuming it's not as bad because he's manaless, not taking into account that they basically open up a window for you to engage on them. | ||
