101TFP was just banned by EvilTeletubby. That account was created on 2010-05-04 23:23:15 and had 166 posts. Reason: Your attitude is not conducive to this website. Since you seem to have such a problem with the way we run this site, let me help you out a little bit. I possibly have forgone the right to question any bans due to being warned and banned in the past for poor posting, or simply that users on here don't have that right irrespective, but I really can't understand the logic behind this ban. + Show Spoiler + Here's his ban post http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=136013¤tpage=11#214 Everything about it irritates me, the vagueness of "your attitude is not conducive" the fact that his small irritation with the new implemented rules on one forum somehow equates to "such a problem with the way we run this site". Also that he seemed to make - I have no knowledge whatsoever about Google Ad Sense - a valid criticism, even supplementing it with a not greatly funny but relevant joke, but instead of addressing what he said and showing the decision to be justified he is just simply banned for having the audacity to question something that doesn't appear to make sense to him, or at least hasn't been outlined clearly. Spoilers are probably more fitting, didn't expect to go on so. | ||

On another note: it boggles my mind how stupid people can be. I have a few social problems IRL that translate in to forum socializing issues, and I've had more than one of my threads locked, and I still haven't gotten so much as a warning. The fuck are these people thinking say the shit that they do? | ||

I got irritated over my first perma ban(I got unbanned by a friend) because the banning/temp banning/ warning is very inconsistent. I came here to discuss it and squashed my entire issue but within minutes of leaving I was perma banned AGAIN. They say they give warnings out to people who post often but I've seen several people who only had like 5 or less posts get a warning for posting stuff far more horrendous than I had. It just depends on the moderator. Like someone told me, they could of dropped their lunch on themselves, got pissed, and clicked a button. Now just so everyone knows my issue is SQUASHED and I am referring to how I felt in the PAST. | ||
