I'll be making some guide changes now, they won't be published until patch day to avoid confusion to any subscribers. But in case you guys need to see the guides in full, I can provide images without a problem.

I'm also making a few new guides [in anticipation for the new changes]:

So if you could, in good conscience, rate them up, more users would use them and we can push down the 2013 shitty non-updated guides that still stay at the top (aka DMX garbage). Not sure about Aghs core on Bane. I mean it's new and cute but Bkb kinda serves the same purpose, is a bit cheaper and probably better too. Once you have Blink+Bkb, Aghs is cool, but when are you going to have this amount of farm on bane.

I think you should wait a bit to see how it plays out once the patch is live before actually changing it.

Same thing for aghs on Puck. I think you're a bit too trigger happy with adding aghs on heroes that just got a new one.

Aghanim's Puck is definitely strong but it feels more like a way to punish BKB abuse than a dump of 4.2k gold for a longer stun duration. Good situational, wouldn't like to see it every game though.

Bane is a support and a great controlling one at that. AGS is cute but it isn't practical at all. Blink force and ghost are all better items on him as just staying alive in a fight makes him a threat.

Also I can't see the guide, but if it has soul ring anymore I will hunt you down and murderize you.

IMO Silencer's item build should just be the aghs --> refresher rush

Gyro mid skill build should be max Homing Missile and Rocket Barrage (be 1-3-1-1 at level 6)

Mr Torte, I would swap the location of skadi and heart for meepo. I play blink/aghs/ethereal meepo a lot and when I need bulk I usually go for skadi, as that gives me armor and very significant dps. Very rarely do I need a fat stack of 40 strength.

Any dps you get on meepo is multiplied by 5, which means he can hit like a truck on crack if he has good agility.

Mass gaming a hero and never varying your item build doesn't mean that it's the correct item build.

Hex is better than E-blade, for example. But you seem to never get hex and always get E-blade.

AC and Mek should come off that guide though, and FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T PUT VG OR CG ON MEEPO

Aghs core on Bane is interesting. BKB and AGHs dont serve the same thing: Ghost Scepter and Aghs do, but you're ignoring the other part of Aghs. I'll remove it regardless as the damage and mana gain is decent.

I haven't decided on Sniper yet. Probably older Headshot skill build since it isn't necessarily bad, just decent. One in Shrapnel however. I'm not sure, as you can get towers with Shrapnel...

Too many items and builds, it was a massive clusterfuck.
Treads is situationally good with Phase Boots, I might swap them back.
BKB is situationally good, depending on how you play, so it'll get swapped out
Deso is great overall, might be my preference but it knocks out towers well and can serve in team-fights.

I'll add Mek back to OD.

He hits like a truck already however. Strength is definitely something for meepo as his damage output isn't the problem but always his survivability.

I've asked others and Mek is situationally good and so is AC. Meepo gets a lot of preference on how people like to play him at the 5k level, so I like to keep all options open in this regard.

Regarding Phantom Lancer:
I've played around with him a bit and it seems the best skill build is 1-1-1, then max Q->-E->W. Items are probably mostly the same, Treads as your boots and then Diffusal. Mid with a bottle is fairly decent, he can get kills and even dive fairly well. Crimson Guard might be situational, although I haven't tested it, and it seems not as good with the reduced illusion duration.
I think PL is now more of a early game ganker, who can carry well later.

AC's never been justifiable whoever implied that it is is silly. Maybe if they have an ET but thats wayyyyyyy too obscure.

Its strictly worse than an Eblade. Only on the main meepo is it marginally better in terms of attackspeed and armor. Ignoring the -armor effect true but all ur other meepos get more ias, armor, and damage from Eblade by quite a bit, for a cheaper item overall. And they don't need to be in the aura aoe.

Here's the statistical argument for max Shrapnel. Also, the Shrapnel build is dominant in the 1v1 mid mode, because it takes the enemy t1 tower in a slow but safe and hard-to-stop manner.

Bottle seems to be dominant in pro games, replacing wand. Tether bottle is just that strong in dual lanes, and between the ability to refill it with a relocate and double runes post-patch, it probably also outperforms the urn.

Ah, for some reason I thought the meepos got the armor (but rather, they just get the aura).




OD: Re-added Meka
Bane: Moved Aghs to Situational, Added BKB to Core
NP: Moved Shadow Blade and BKB to Situational, added Phase to Core instead of Treads.
Meepo: removed Assault Cuirass
