I don't know, the only serious anti-P region of IEM apears to be the European part and it's not like Cure, Serral and Elazer are really that bad players who can't beat Protosses.

But seriously, even if Protoss is UP the current results doesn't seem to show this very well.

Also in many recent OlimoLeagues Protosses take 2nd places, so it's not like they cannot win at all.
