Do not talk about MarineKing even if you are defending him. Just don't do it. Please no match-fixing accusations on MarineKing or any other player if it has not officially been confirmed. This goes for other players too. -The_Templar

I'm really hoping this huge delay is a sign that he's innocent otherwise they would've announced it long before. I think it's only because of the lunar holidays. I don't think there's much to gain from trying to dig deeper into the delay than that. The wait is killing me though. ![]()

But if there are enough evidence for him being guilty and to no let him out (possibility of leaving country, possibility of removing more evidence and some others) they can let him behind the iron bars up till a judge speaks in that case. The prosecutor also does not have to release news to the public, if he does not want. Kespa seems to be catched off guard by this and has to relay on what the prosecutor gives out just like us. If we do not get a "life sign" after the 20/30 days, he might have to stay in prison till the law is spoken. Also it could happen that we dont get a "life sign" and he gets out, the prosecutor got everything he thinks he needs and till the law is spoken, life is still a free man. Kespa will most likely try to find a solution with as little public attention as possible. We just have to wait, I wouldnt bet too much on the 20/30 days. I am pretty sure that they cannot hold someone locked up without an official indictment for more than 20 (maybe 30) days. If this case is a part of the on-going prosecution from the previous case, then Life has almost zero chance of getting out untouched. If this is just a new and separate case specifically for Life, then there may be a chance of him coming out of this clean.

I read that fairly recently (I think it was 2005) a new type of arrest warrant had been introduced as an alternative to the detention warrant in Korea. The situations in which it could be used differed a bit but it doesn't have the same strict duration limits as far as I understand and could be used in Life's case.

Honestly the "best" I can wish right now is that he did not matchfixed because he took money, but because he would have been threatened and got scared enough to do it.

If he is found guilty. It is still a huge loss for the scene, since he is an incredible player showing awesome play that many fans love to watch. I can't think of a zerg that could replace him now.

Yeah, as a huge Life and Starcraft fan myself I'm disappointed in this kind of baiting.
