Agree with everything except tempest and hydra change. Why not look into the reason of ZvP turtle style and try some SH changes, making them worse defensively and better offensively?
Hydra change would just brake the game. The entire metagame in ZvZ would change and the current roach builds would be more or less dead. ZvP would become ridiculously zerg favoured and that's even coming from a zerg who has 40% win rate in ZvP and rages about toss all the time.

They posted their statistics which showed that the game is actually balanced and make such huge changes, it realy makes no sense is this jsut a test of the add on function or what?

It's 100% game breaking in PvZ and it will never go through tbh. This will be worse than infestor buff, worse than queen buff, a gazillion times worse than oracle buff that's such a popular QQ these days.

Rather than buffing Tempests against structures they should buff the carrier. The carrier is the one genuinly interesting unit that has never been looked into outside of the siege tank and all it'd take is a change to their AI to make carrier micro possible again and I think it'd make those stalemate ZvPs a lot more interesting.
I like the hydra buffs. I've always thought hydras and roaches should've been the other way around. Atleast hydras are more enjoyable to watch than roaches are. If anything hydras being better means something like storm is getting a stealth buff as more people'll add more hydras in which die to storm unlike roaches.

Ghost buff is nice.
Overcharge should just be left alone - Terran should be able to compete with Protoss all game long NOT just have 2 stim rax timing rush NOOB like in WoL 2 b successful.
Hydra buff is ok but we will see.

The Hydra buff is insane, what the hell. Hydra timing will just wreck ZvP. Hydra into Muta switch will result into atleast a third more Muta

The Hydra change is just stupid, it breaks every match up. (I play zerg) Don't know how I feel about the Tempest, could have potential to break other match ups. (Long range with good dmg and recall could lead to too easy base/tech sniping.)
The rest seems reasonable.
