To be Honest I'm just going to say it here and now. I'm OK with them buffing the oracle or buffing PRotoss in General but if you start buffing one race and Nerf another when the match up is already balanced you are just tipping the scales.......... I think we shouldn't touch protoss from here on out but mess with buffing Terran and Zerg to match protoss. I feel like they are in a game of their own like the "Power Overwhelming" cheat where everything is just worlds more fun and more rewarding. Not saying you can be horrible and beat good players just saying Protoss feels the way Terran and Zerg should feel rewarding for good play.

As Terran all you get for good play is a feeling that you stayed alive to fight another day.........
As zerg you feel like you have yet another chance to snowball to try your hardest to overcome your opponent with sheer numbers.......

How about removing e-bay requirement for turrets? We're facing the same problems that Zerg did when they had their evo chamber requirement removed.
Too weird to live, too rare to die.

The Problem is that you can't predict what a Protoss is doing.
He can either do a proxy oracle build or he can do any other allin.

As a Terran you are behind when you not play the right counter.
Protoss on the other hand has a MSC which makes him safe vs every Terran opener.

Protoss dominates the early and the late game right now and Terran has only a slight window mid game but only if he doesn't screw up the early game defense.

Yeah, this. As long as the Tank vs Viper relation, the Tank vs Protoss ground relation and the Tempest are not fixed, mech will remain marginal.

You can't go blind Counters as some people are suggesting in TvP......... You prepare for a Stargate Oracle every game you are just going to get meta d with a Blink stalker all in whats a Turret going to do vses Stalkers?

If you open Reaper first with Reactor vses a Proxy Oracle its mathematically impossible to get enough marines out to fight it..... If you do scout it you have to put down a Bunker in your main / Maynard your Nat workers to your main until you can get enough marines out to break the what is essentially a Contain...... and Place your Barax in a way that its close enough to your Bunker that the Oracles just can't Rape your marines that are being made..............

So then some stalkers/zealots can kill the rest while all your marines are gone.

I'm actually really enjoying merged air and mech upgrades late game. Makes my compositions way more interesting and my transitions much smoother.
