Points for your bonus pool are awarded even if you lose. I don't know exactly how much, though. Seems like the amount you would have had if you won, then they substract the points for the loss.

Yes they do the full 60 damage. As Tempest now requires fleet beacon it's bearable, you have time to kill the opponent before the deathball if you see him going mass tempest + storm. In fact, most of my games are now against blink + DT followup, so I have lots of success opening robo. Talk about going full circle.

Just got the beta key and added it to battlenet. However, I still can't log in (it tells me that the game isn't on my game client). How long does it take before I can start playing?

Try picking SC2-II instead of SC2-I, or whatever the names are.

BNet is down in the US for now. Check the main thread in SC2 General before reporting that. Your friends are liars

Has anyone seen the new option to switch between WOL and HOTS? I havent played in a couple days, but after the last patch I had this option. As far as I could tell it didn't do anything though. I've searched TL and the blizz forums and couldn't find anything. Anyone know what this is?

WOL and HOTS gameclients will be merged into one when it will be released.

Probably so you can switch between the WoL and HotS campaigns and separate ladders.

Heres a quick question that I don't have time to investigate myself. If you get vision on a burrowed unit (like a swarm host), and cast the oracles revelation on it, does it continue to give you vision? Likewise, if its burrowed and you cast it on it, will it still hit it even though its burrowed?

I mean I downloaded the beta client (prior to activating it) and then I open the beta-client and I can't log in.

I'm getting back in to the beta after not playing for a while. I can't remember if this was always the case, but what is the point of unclickable opponent buildings and units? We now can't see what's building, nor can we see opponents upgrades. From a balance perspective, what was the reason for this?

If the terran do rax-expo, and the protoss do 1base blink stalker and use the MS for blinking in.
How the terran can deffend? In WoL, blink stalker are a very good allin, in Hots it<s even faster because the protoss dont need to build a robo(observer).

Do you think widow mines is the only solution? Because I tried to survive to medivac like I do in Wol but I die, this timing blink is to fast now.

i havnt played bio since hots, im mechin only, when i see it coming( like no expo at 5 min then i scan his base) then ill lift up my cc build a bunker and put widow mines, if u kill the msc with your widow mines the agression is over

They made this the default. If you want to turn this off find the right check box in the Gameplay->Options. There are many things you will want to set in there. For instance:
game timer
always show health bars
build grid if you use it
etc.
