Do you honestly want to see people get away with posting things like this on TL regardless of the context? Do you actually care about the integrity of the community? I'm very calm, excluding people from being able to participate in an online community when they aren't contributing to it and are infact ruining the integrity of the dialogue on it is completely logical. Actually you're wrong. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandenburg_v._Ohio gg no re

I think it's just important that we make sure he knows he isn't welcome and choose to mock him continuously ![]() PS: He is one of the absolute most BM people on the ladder.. a distant 2nd to hacking sure but hacking AND being a dick about it at the same time? Usually those people know not to show up to a lan.. I think we should verify that stigma. If only there were a large, intimidating progamer who is attending MLG Anaheim to welcome him...

America passed an act which allows for the invasion of Hague if an american / corporate body is being held trial at the international criminal court, does that mean it makes invasion of foreign bodies legitimate or morally plausible? Fundamentally it's morally wrong, arguing on the basis of tactics and historical occurences has no moral significance.

The players don't have individual rooms, so he can't hide in his room all day if he decides to take the flight and not show up at MLG. Well, there is one circumstance where it is possible. If you have been blinking stalkers individuals so some are on cooldown and then you select all your stalkers and blink, only those not on cooldown will blink. I'm not saying this is what he is doing. But, under this particular circumstance, it is possible to blink only some of the stalkers--and potentially only one stalker if all the others are on cooldown. A slight and tangential clarification...

Do we know the replay files are legit and not tampered with? Could the stalkers being selected during blinking be a bug? These lynchings are hilarious... there's a reason vigilante justice is illegal. I hope the moderators lock this thread and any others like it. If you have evidence someone hacked submit it to blizzard, their team, or the tournament organizers. Rallying a lynch mob is neither constructive nor fair to the accused. You must obviously not be familiar AT ALL with the replays, and this player in general. Yet of course you gotta add in your 2cents like it matters, when clearly everyone knows this guy openly maphacks etc. There are lots of replays showcasing this blatant hacking, and to say it might not be true is downright uninformed on your behalf. At the very least do some damn research before trying to defend a blatant hacker. Jesus.

I am merely saying he should not be made to feel welcome BECAUSE he is an obnoxious hacker who has literally been granted entry to something that someone legit should have gotten. He will play, he will lose and we should laugh accordingly. but the end of the day the bigger concern should be that we need blizzard to be a bit more informed with their invites. Avilo cried when he qualified, this shit REALLY matters to players and can make or break their careers. Wasting time/space on someone who doesn't give a fuck and actually actively makes this game worse for other people is a huge step backwards.

While I strongly believe in not condemning players over an accusation, micro cheats like the blink hack are about as conclusive as it gets. It takes more than a bug to replicate that.
