Wow wtf, the EMP nerf would have been enough, we didn't need the cheaper upgrades. Now we're gonna be called stupid noob-ass A-movers even more. But 3-3-3 A-movers, so it's all good.

25% less area covered by each individual EMP. Not game-breaking but it will be more difficult for a terran to EMP your entire army as long as you're not letting all of your shit cluster up.

I can understand making the shield upgrade cheaper, since it is so rarely used anyways...but the Ground and Armor upgrade prices seemed fine to me. Zerg has to upgrade either melee or ranged for ground units. For Terran...well okay Terran had the best deal since they could go pure bio, but if you mixed bio with mech your upgrades only influenced a fraction of your army. Protoss weapon and armor upgrades affected everything they had on the ground.

Oh look they nerfed EMP.

Too bad EMP and snipe still both have higher range than feedback and this change will do nothing to improve PvT

Good terrans snipe templar instead of emp anyways...

This, people need to understand that Protoss upgrades doesn't scale as well as they do for Terran and Zerg, this is also prolly the reason why they did them cheaper.

Really not that huge pretty, moderate. I mean outside of the shield change it is 150/150 off of the total cost of weapons/armor three, which is basically a single sentry and a single sentry at the point 3/3 hits, which is not that big of a change at all. But it will help.

I suppose I should have seen this EMP nerf coming. I wonder what sort of impact it'll have on the interaction between late-game TvP Bio and Archon/Chargelot.

i agree that shield upgrade was too expensive but im not sure about the others... emp seems reasonable... glad its not a huge change because i actually dont think there is a way to deal with zealot archon with out it
