This is kind of silly. Emp needed a nerf, sure. Shields never got upgraded, so lowering their cost makes sense. But why do they need cheaper Armor and Attack upgrades? I mean.. Its not like Protoss have been having a hard time upgrading their troops and getting enough of them at the same time.

The EMP nerf is good, and now we just need a range nerf and a snipe change will perhaps balance the ghost. =D

And for the protoss buffs, double forge is definitely going to get more popular than it already has, and PvT will probably just be gateway units forever now.

Last thing Protoss players need is more viable air and to get rid of the colossus! =D

Good god we used to have 400/400 for lvl 3 shields?

Got me the snipe badge Felt a bit strong, but I dunno, I think the zerg player should have reacted some, he didn't really micro or change composition to deal with it, just kept funneling in big expensive things.

One of the common complaints about the Stalker is that it scales so poorly with upgrades. On the other hand, if Stalker would get +2 per attack upgrade, they might very well be too strong. The sweet spot is probably in the middle somewhere.

Meh, I don't care as a Terran player.

EMP radius hurts obviously, just need more micro and more attention.

As long as they don't change snipe, they can do whatever they want to other Terran units. Snipe is the only thing that keeps me alive in TvZ end game.

You are mistaken, the stalker attacks once, and scales very badly with upgrades.

I understand how the cheaper upgrades will help PvT, but I'm not sure about the armor/weapons upgrades in PvZ; now protoss ground costs the same as either zerg missile or zerg melee. While this makes sense because zerg will make more units than protoss, I still would like to hear what Blizzard thinks about this change wrt the other P matchups.

To be fair, P is being stomped a bit both in PvT and PvZ, it'll be interesting what this upgrade buff does. It helps out early and is completely gone lategame, very small change which allows something like 3-4 more stalkers when 3/3 finishes which is nice.

Ground Weops Should not have been decreased just because of the fact it works for all ground units unlike the other 2 races

Yeah, it was 300/300 in BW, they must have upped it when they thought Toss was OP. =(

Well, the patch is not surprise at all. At Blizzcon they said that cheaper upgrades and emp with smaller radius will be good for PvT... 2-3 days later Blizzard makes it reality.
Good changes IMO. Its good for PvT and I can't see it break PvZ in any way. Aaaand some(really tiny) help for ZvT cus infestors will be a little bit harder to hit with EMP

Psi Storm's Radius is 1.5, so you can compare 2.0 vs 1.5 Radius that way.

I'm happy with these changes. It will make the CreatorPrime.WE Double Forge build that much stronger against Terran :D
