Recall on the nexus sounds fucking amazing, basically Protoss can now use just about any unit to harass without it being a 1 way trip to hell for them.

On a side note, its hilarious that cinematics keep portraying hydra-zergling as the baseline Zerg units. Even the cinematics team agrees that roaches are ugly and boring things.

Interesting, in the HotS trailer the replicants were able to instantly replicate sieged tanks when marines approached with their tanks behind them. They seem to have quite long range.

that swarm thing from zerg is like a broodlord,
that caster unit is like a defiler,
that new factory unit is like the thor (good vs ground, aoe against air unit)
and that oracle is basically a mixture between overseer (disrupt production)
and sentries (disrupting mining)

overall, I am a little bit disappointed, after the massive additions to the races that occurred from bw to sc2 (inject larva mechanics, dreep tumors making creep substantial to gameplay, warp-in technology for protoss, terran command center upgrades), that no "new" (or more like "unseen") features have been added to the game.
Well, I hope the new units makes the game more diverse, at least.

Can't wait to see all of these in action. I like all of them to be honest.

The mutating unit for protoss adds new depth IMO. You can probably get higher tech units for cheaper that way and adapt to situations.

Its an individual spell for each mineral field i think... I think it will be great vs 1base terran, 10-15 minutes before moveout 1-1-1 etc, a couple of these things can really impact their income and force them to push far earlier vs 1gate fe

It looks like they drop an emitter that disables the minerals, rather than the oracles themselves casting on them.


i showed what it is in my screenshot you fire a small building which creates the bubbles and disables every mineral field.
