No no, Dark swarm is a spell that is stationary once cast and stops ranged attacks from hitting. This is a unit that shoots projectiles out of the sky but can keep moving while doing it, and doesn't work on all ranged attacks! | ||

Blizz can purposefully highlight areas on the silhouette (like the "hole" in the new zerg unit) to throw off our perception. I am withholding judgement on what this unit could possibly be though i do believe it will be some sort of siege unit that (hopefully) is very mobile as that is what Z needs currently. It's an entirely different insect, specified to AA, that shoots blobs in the sky, which already looks uncomfortably much like the spore crawler. It looks like a Roach using the concept of the lurker of burrowing down, but instead gaining a siege overground attack. Much like the spinecrawler. | ||
