They turned the reaver into a bad ass hovering nerd owning god. He just shoots kamehameha's left and right ripping apart anything that isn't mech, thus forcing terran to go mech vs protoss. Now at the same time blizzard will revamp carriers into usable units and we will see insanely awesome PvT.

So it's like this. You get a hydra and roach, you morph them together into a large tanky, lots of hp, slow siege unit which needs to use its large tunneling claws to burrow into the ground and set itself up. At least T2 for the hyrdas obviously, maybe even T3 (upgrade your hydra den like the greater spire?). Mechanism of firing will be some kind of baneling bomb, doing decent AOE damage. Not sure how this work out yet, possibly you can load banelings into it, but I doubt they want something which requires 4 different techs to produce so I'm thinking they'll throwback to the old reaver style mechanic where you pay to build the banelings inside of it, then fire them out. I think they removed this for the tank (pretty sure this was in BW, maybe I'm just thinking of WC3), but it would be kinda cool if they gave it an attack ground option? Blizzard have said time and again that they think zerg needs more space controlling options so that could be a fresh way to let it do that.

I know they said it would be revealed and playable at blizz con but wasnt the terran unit silouette revealed without any descrpition of what role it would play?

Back on the topic of the zerg unit though. I think its some aoe type unit but underground. I see it as some close range lurker thing. it does a aoe of a baneling but doesn't explode. So I think it might have spikes of some sort on its back.

Hmm.. if it does morph. It could be a morph between a roach and baneling. Instead of roach/hydra.

It just dawned on me that if this is an AoE or siege unit, such as the Lurker, that the combination with fungal growth (in its current state) has the potential to be hilarious. And by hilarious I mean, hilarious.
