Even idrA was scared of him in his NASL match but he knew that Painuser hasn't been playing that much

We shall see... Zelniq, inka, and agh are pretty good, so hopefully they all find nice teams for themselves! Wouldn't InKa probably go back to EG? He was still living in the team house last I heard.

He had one good showing that put him into the spotlight at MLG and the rest of his performances have been disappointing (see most recently: NASL).
Well north America(especially the U.S.) has a serious lack of solid terrans at the moment. EG for example has what two terrans? Painuser has shown better results than LZgamer, would not be surprised if we saw EG.Painuser in the near future. Regardless, best of luck to the players in finding new teams! is this a joke? --; Not to be rude in any way, but why would it be a joke? PU has outperformed you pretty handily since beta, not that you're bad. It's just that you don't really have results to your name like your teammates do. He ourtperformed LZ in one event. I hope you learn your facts before you post

Shame that LG is gone but the again Painuser is only 1 letter away from EG plus he is good friends with a lot of the players. If that isn't feasible for the budget of EG I could understand especially considering he isn't winning tournaments or anything but I think he has potential to be a flagship player just with his knowledge of the game.
Whatever the case I just hope he finds a stable home and as for the other players I just don't know enough to say anything about them. The thing is though Painuser is a name, I mean he has really been serious about putting himself out there and making content so whoever is picking him up is going to make some big news.

Sorry to see them go. I guess it was disorganized. Best of luck to players who were on LG

Justsayin' Well, LZ had to fight through an open bracket and made it in to the top 32 which is a huge feat in it of itself...so you can't compare it due to MLG's system since it gives a ridiculous advantage to seeded players.
On that same note couldn't it be argued that is his fault for underperforming last year and not securing a seed ?
Not trying to hate, just wondering ^^ As far as I know he attended all of the MLGs last year.

that sucks but maybe they will move on well painuser needs to improve more and a new team could do it

Ever. Even if that one guy had the best intentions in the world, it's very rare for one person, independently, to just give away money for an undetermined period of time. Did he even have a plan to make money? Oh, kids! Most pro-gaming sponsors don't actually make any money from sponsoring a team (at least not directly). yes but they get a lot of exposure, u can take team like EG everytime one of the player wins a game the go like thanks to kingston bla bla bla, and the 20k people watching the stream or something listen Well I was writing mainly to respond to the quote about whether the sponsor ever had a plan to make money. Few sponsors (if any) make money from these teams. Sponsorship is just an advertising cost. The difference here is that a company like Razer obviously has products that their name is attached to. This guy was essentially advertising his name without any product affiliation. It would be the same as a guy renting out a billboard and writing some random message on it rather than putting up a car ad.
Yes, basically what I was saying was that Mr. Lazarus (can't remember his first name) formed a "self-sponsored" team with seemingly no intent of turning it into a real business that attracts sponsors.
Lazarus role was (or should have been) closer to aTeam owner, rathe than a third party sponsor looking to market a product.
Basically, it's the equivalent of Sir Scoots paying the EG team salaries out of his out pocket, instead of finding sponsors like Intel or Steel Series (I have no idea who owns EG, by the way, Scoots is just an example).

i've always wanted zelniq to be a ROOT guy

They barely were at the minimum of the pro levels, let alone being medicore like Cruncher. Yeah, Painuser beating TLO 2-1 and sweeping iNc last month at MLG was a really "mediocre" feat.. -_-
TLO really hasn't done all that much, same with incontrol. TLO's won one or two relatively big tourneys and incontrol is pretty much all based on MLG results. That is pretty mediocre tbh, it's nothing spectacular. Painuser isn't anything special, and he's probably the most accomplished I would say on the team.

If it's that red haired girl, then they've been dating for a while actually.
Sad to see LG disband since it helped make the NA scene competitive. It would be cool to see Painuser get picked up by Root or EG since both teams need an extra Terran player. I wonder if the reason of disbanding the team is because Noah is working on another project since he did get a lot of money off his iPhone app.

Yeah I really hope EG signs Painuser up.
Both Painuser and Lzgamer are great players, but both of them have pretty trashy TvT which has always held them back. I think it has something to do with the fact that neither of them had Terrans on their team who they could practice with (yeah EG has demuslim but he was awol for a long time due to his injury)
Putting the two of them together would fix that weakness and make a dream team =)

I thought Painusers TvT was considered quite good, but then again we haven't seen him around the scene as much recently outside of MLG events and casting.

Statistically it's his best, that doesn't preclude a lack of confidence in the match up though.

I don't think Painuser has won a TvT at an event ever =P He did edge out TLO at MLG Dallas 2011 but I don't think that counts because TLO just switched from random.
Ironically, looking at his liquipedia page, the only Terran he's beat in the past year is LZgamer in an FXO invitational.
I wouldn't hold Painuser's NASL results against him, he's definitely got the toughest or 2nd toughest division imo, and he's been doing more casting than playing lately.
