I use a laptop currently. I've got a USB numberpad because I couldn't stand working in Excel without one. I've gotten used to using my left hand for that, while keeping my right hand on my mouse.

I'm contemplating changing all my hotkeys to work on that numberpad..... It'll take some getting used to, but it's 19 keys in a much more confined location than on a keyboard. F-keys included.

Also, getting a mouse with 2 side buttons and putting ctrl and shift on them may be a possibility as well. I'm going to have to think about that at a later date.

I doubt I'll make any sweeping changes. The only thing I know for sure right now is that I'm moving immortal and Amulet to E.

changing overlords back to O. I still hit O like 50% of the time :[.

More importantly, F2 F3 F4 are back PLZ OH MY GOD I NEED MY SCREEN HOTKEYS :D

Theres a daily back when you first got beta where your mentioning how that was your only gripe with the game. Look at your keyboard man. O is aways away. I'm surprised you play standard to be perfectly honest I'd think grid would be a way to be a better gamer but I look forward to reading everyones suggestions here ^^;

To break everyones heart I never used screen hotkeys (infact I never knew they existed in BW) - so for me this is a new feature =] yay patch!

F2-F4, make a control group for tilde (~), and change control groups to shift groups (most likely, will be testing that out). As a Protoss I feel all unit hotkeys are pretty decent, but I'll be playing around with that as well.

most of them are fine for me... ill be changing immortal from i to e however cause that's just a pain... and probly also pheonix to somthing else dunno what yet, ill try a few of them.

i use qwer so i need to change attack from T to A.

I wish we could adjust the priority of spellcasters when grouped together too. Like Sentries over HT etc.

The curse is that you get used to the new hotkeys and then it's too much of a hassle to change them

I even use F5-F8 now. One I can think of is change the "make overseer"-hotkey, which is V, to something else. Kinda annoying to box your queen, catch a few overlords instead and WHAM you have way more overseers than you intended

My self i'll be moving the hotkeys for building immortals and pheonix's to somthing closer to the left hand standard placement... around e or somthing ^^

7-0 will be changed to F1-F4
~ will be changed to idle workers
Immortal will be changed to E

And that's it for now. I might also try to do something to Caps Lock and the windows key, but I'm not sure yet.
