I don't care about "after" the fact changes. If you're gonna wait until problems occur and then fix it you're no better than KeSPA. I want to see initial actions that show "well how will the fans react to this", not coverup actions that does that.

KeSPA isn't great at listening, and obviously they're not going to listen to foreign fans because there's nothing at stake for them, although they apparently do know TL exists and follows it to an extent (Check TL's twitter -- KeSPA follows it). Saying "KeSPA never listened to us!!!!" is kinda worthless since they have no reason to, unlike GOM. KeSPA did make changes to their shit "after the fact" and netizen complaints, just like GOM.
