Maurauder is the backbone of Terran and all the Terrans love the unit (and ofc all the zerg/toss hate it). So what did you expect from that poll? :D | ||

the zergs get the: 1. Swarmhost 2. Viper hyrda and ultra added abilities.... the protoss get the: 1. Mothership Core 2. Oracle 3. Tempest The terrans get 1. Mines with added abilities to the hellion and reaper... Anyone here see my problem? | ||

Yeah, all the whining terrans will do despite the fact we had more units anyway (as far as I remember) and it isn't ruled out that they'll get a bonus unit anyway, because it's a beta. | ||

I'm a Terran player and I personally don't feel we need anything other than those additions. We already have the most diverse race in terms of options, why complain? If people complain like that they'll just re-add the god awful warhound. I wouldn't even say the reaper classed as a unit before these buffs due to the sheer awfulness of the unit after the first nerfs. | ||

So what did you expect from that poll? :D what i expect ? Biased ? I don't think so. My point is that u cannot keep biocentric play if u wanna balance mech, otherwise u always use BIO. Blizzard needs to make a choice and marauder is at the center of it. It's only my opinion. I personally love mech, so my choice would be remove marauder and insert the Goliath Mech for the life ! But in the poll i certainly haven't specified that. | ||

Also, note that David Kim's blog states that the Warhound is only out temporarily until they find a new, better design for it. You will get your Warhound, but it'll just be very different. | ||

just give upgrades and/or new abilities to existing underused units like raven, BC, thor, viking ground mode im against re-introducing old untis like vulture or goliath purely on stylistic grounds: especially while playing the campaign it really felt like terran evolved from the BW era, replacing outdated models with newer concepts, and generally moving more towards the feel of the terran dominion instead of the rednecks in space that just piece together stuff and improvise (raven -> SV, viking -> goliath, banshee -> wraith, medivac -> medic etc.) | ||

But in the poll i certainly haven't specified that. yeah destroy bioplay too! i do not understand the obsession with the goliath, it serves no purpose in sc2, it cannot touch broodlords or tempests, and both protoss and zerg have viable option to fight mech on the ground, the viking is by a large margin superior in sc2, maybe allowing assaultmode viking production in the factory would help too. | ||

Yes probably, you are right too but Goliath has a way superior DPS and a great great range too. And u can kill very well light units like zerglings and marines. Viking cannot... it's too fragile. Viking problem is rate of fire also... | ||
