The reaper buff is stupid and everything else is just plain bad. They should've at least gave back Siege Tanks old damage and see how things worked out. Looking at that long post explaining how the Warhound was not Mech. I feel that the only way of making mech both viable and engaging to play and watch is to make the Siege Tank THE core unit again. | ||

Also, for the carrier complaints, they should make the interceptors cost less considering the SC2 mechanics and the lack of micro potential. I'm not sure what would be fair, maybe 15 minerals? 10? I just know these get ripped apart quicker than in BW. The tank needs to be buffed a little if they want mech vs protoss. | ||

Besides, in BW Bio was only viable in one matchup, while mech was in all 3. In WoL, Bio is viable in 3 matchups and Mech in 2. Seems pretty acceptable to me even if mech v p doesn't work out. | ||

I hope the Reaper can only see on the highground not shoot at that highground vision as well This is exactly what the buff adresses. Now when they micro up and down ramps vs lings or roaches it will be a lot stronger since, they can still fight, even if everyone has jumped down the ramp. I can see mass reapers becoming a viable strat and i think it should be a strategy you could throw in there now and again. | ||

Except mines are useless at 2 supply and battle hellions dont hit air, and if your going full mech how do you hit those tempest? He can just protect his tempest with stalkers from vikings which wont even be able to get close while being covered by tanks. . upgrade requirement for battle hellions and widow mines at 2 supply + no warhound means pure mech is still utterly useless against protoss. If mines changed to 1 supply it might be worth while, but having 30 supply sunk into mines is terrible. | ||
