![]() As for the love handles, other than abs workouts once a week, I haven't really done anything. I do a little cardio now and then, but I think they are going just due to me carrying more muscle at the same weight. I was really stunned when I saw the difference! As for getting ripped, its going to be a while...im working full time this month and im overseas next month, so it will be a while before I can be super disciplined again ![]()

It's more like scrambled egg usually because I suck at flipping omelets/pancakes.

I came back weighing 73kg (161lb) Since Tuesday, I have lost roughly 1kg down to 72kg(158lb) I plan on losing 0.5-1kg a week for the next 6 weeks and then I will start my lean bulking phase trying to get to 72-74kg lean. I would like my goal by this time next year to be 74-76kg with 8-9% body fat.

Fat doesn't make you fat. If someone is trying to lose fat they're better off a high protein, high fat, low carb diet. NeverGG: olive oil is a good choice.

You're not talking about the Krispy Kreme Challenge, are you? Because you might see me there :D

To make it faster and more intense, do double-unders, which is where you swing the rope under your feet twice in one jump.

Squatted yesterday, did 5x5 at 295 295 305 315 325, then 1x1 at 355 and 375. 375 is a new personal best, up 30 pounds from my max of 345 in mid november, and the 375 was at the end of my squatting. Lower back/hamstrings are getting stronger too from adding RDLs into my workout which i never really did before. Eager to see what my bench is up to tomorrow.

Since I've come to university, I've been working out with friends; they're a combination of PE majors, exercise science majors, and plain old hardcore gym rats. The majority of the exercises they do are for the upper body, and I'm cool with that - I can squeeze in legs on my own time, but it seems like no matter the exercise we're doing, I "feel it" mainly in my tricep and bicep, regardless of where the exercise is targetted (shoulder, chest, upper back, etc.) Is this more likely to be a problem with my form, or just that my arms are THAT far behind where they should be? I'm 6'3, around 160 pounds and rather....long. I know I'm far from where I could/will be, but is this normal? (I realize you probably can't tell me for sure, I'm just asking if this happens from time to time. And if you need any info, just ask.)

You're probably benching heavily with triceps as well Learn proper form, connect with the muscle the the exercise is designed for and work out arms separately, there's really no reason not to unless you want to be an elitist stronlift bad-ass in front of your buddies on the internet.

My swim coach (who is uber jacked) gave me this keeple supplement powder thing to put into my water. It's basically gatorade powder but better. ![]() Probably less placebo and more fast carbs, which definately can give you a rush of energy during cardio workouts Nicely done btw! Hey I want to learn to crawl properly, I have swimming glasses but I'm not sure on the technique, when to pull up your head and breath etc?
