Nice! I made my goal already by gaining 10 pounds! I hope puberty did not do that for me.

Puberty is the best time to lift because you have insane amounts of testosterone. You can gain mass like you're on steroids... but you're not on steroids.

Just got back from the gym. I tried shoulders today, it was alright but not great. I think by next week all will be healed

I actually did not eat a lot for Thanksgiving and went for a 30 minute run. I feel REALLY good right now and am motivated to work even further.

Currently 142, aim: 135. Let's do this! I also feel llike my arms and chest are getting stronger.

Crap I haven't done any aerobic work since Wednesday morning and I've been eating a lot the past few days. I'm going to go do some interval training on the exercise bike in a couple of hours (I just ate).

STATUS UPDATE: I'm still out of shape but my pecs and triceps have been growing lately. I've been neglecting my biceps a little and my shoulders are still a little weak. I'm really going to hammer those to muscles next week. My quads have grown a lot but they aren't that much stronger. Does anybody have any advice about what to do when that happens?
