STATUS UPDATE: I'm still out of shape but my pecs and triceps have been growing lately. I've been neglecting my biceps a little and my shoulders are still a little weak. I'm really going to hammer those to muscles next week. My quads have grown a lot but they aren't that much stronger. Does anybody have any advice about what to do when that happens? | ||
