107.5x3, 115x3, 122.5x3 (rep PR), 130x1 As for everything, you need to find what works for you. I think major shoulder killer is not pushing shoulder down and back into the back (opposite of shruggin) and not arching enough. When you arch a lot you remove the most vulnerable position from your shoulders by reducing the ROM. I think that unless you are into powerlifting Incline BP is best to build strength and better aesthetics. Never do decline, man boobs suck.

![]() I am making good progress on everything except the press, lol. Been stuck on the same weight for quite a while, however for the last 2-3 weeks I've had weeks where I've been going to the gym somewhat irregularily, and having 2 workouts per week only, which probably resulted in too long of a break before I attempted press again. I will try to fix that and see where it goes. Otherwise I'll probably have to do a week of press only instead of bench or something, lol. Anyway, after I resumed going to the gym a bit over a month ago, my lifts have gone up as the following: (as 3x5 sets ofc) squat 65kg -> 80kg press 32.5 kg -> 37.5kg (stuck here for a while now) benchpress 45 kg -> 57.5 kg Deadlift 105kg -> 120 kg Powerclean 45kg -> 55kg I've had to reset my squat a little bit to fix some errors in my form, but now I think that my squat is much better off. Also, my bodyweight has gone up from 73kg -> 77/78kg (being 187cm tall). My Jeans feel tighter, as well as some of my old shirts lol. Regardless, weightlifting has brought me more joy and happiness than any other hobby has in the past. You can't go wrong with sleeping a lot, eating a lot, and feeling stronger than ever before each week.

I got a great little cut under my eye from a cute spinning hook kick a couple weeks ago. Not much, but definitely enough to notice for a few days. Headgear really doesn't do much except reduce the odds of a concussion. Are they not mandatory? In games here you get your studs checked at the start and everyone has to have a mouth guard for every game.

Here, you get your studs checked if the ref feels like it (which might be twice a season) and mouthguards are optional. I lost mine so I played without one on saturday too.

I find incline is the only thing that bothers my shoulders if I do the full ROM. I don't do it often so maybe I was doing it wrong, but dumbell incline is okay.

Wouldn't it be better to buy the organic peanut butter? I'm pretty sure those ones have a shitton of unhealthy fats in them.

Do you keep your shoulder blades squeezed together, throughout the entire motion? You could try not only pulling your shoulders back, but also shrugging them up and keeping them there for the entire motion. Just make sure your shoulders won't go outwards, so that you press more from the chest and triceps and minimize the strain on your shoulders.

You actually have to do the EXACT opposite, pull shoulders down into your back.

You guys make it tradition that we post update pics twice a year; once in Jan when the new thread is made, and once in June or so after summer cut? You've got it backwards.
